Comment : 3 things: 1. They always "add on" work without obtaining prior approval. 2. Last year they asked to put on my 4 snow tires when they made mistake after mistake turning a simple process into a major catastrophe causing tremendous resource waste. 3. At the end of the last (snow tire) issue, my car "suddenly" had an obvious dent where it di not exist at the start of that mess. Thet thoroughly denied any knowledge of it, nor did they offer either some feasible explanation nor provide any compassion. I've been a AAA member longer than your records indicate, and have never before today questioned the company association to AAA. I'm requesting you REMOVE Grover from the AAA approval status. Asl Peter West an in town Chiropractor who's been here far longer than I, he was not at all surprised tohear my story.
