RICHMOND, TX Reviewed : 08/07/2026 Comment : I had a great experience at this collision center.I went in for a repair estimate in connection with an insurance claim. Matt S. was my estimator.Matt was friendly, polite, and very professional. He explained his visual assessment, the teardown his team would be conducting, and possible next steps I should expect. He gave me his business card and invited me to contact him with any questions or concerns. I felt at ease and left with the confidence that my vehicle and the situation were in the hands of experts. Also, the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. They patiently answered all my questions about filling out the required forms and coordinated with Enterprise to get me shuttled to my rental car.I would definitely come back to this center for any future claims or personal repair needs. I highly recommend this center. 1 Reviews Samuel kwon RICHMOND, TX Reviewed : 07/24/2026 Comment : 1 Reviews Sarah ali RICHMOND, TX Reviewed : 07/22/2026 Comment : everything went super smoothly with the repair of my vehicle; the staff was very helpful throughout the process and Tony was very commmunicative. 1 Reviews Pete ledezma RICHMOND, TX Reviewed : 07/11/2026 Comment : The front-end collision I experienced with my 2023 Toyota Tacoma was serious enough that I required medical treatment afterward. When I brought my truck to this Toyota-certified collision shop, I expected qualified professionals who would repair my vehicle correctly and honestly. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.About three months later, I got my Tacoma back along with the repair paperwork. The first red flag was that most of the repairs listed appeared to be cosmetic. I figured maybe the damage wasn’t as extensive as I thought, and since I’m not a mechanic, I trusted their judgment. However, within 5 to 10 minutes of driving home, I got on the freeway and immediately noticed a severe steering wheel wobble at around 60 mph. I called the shop right away and returned the truck. They kept it for another week and later admitted the alignment had never actually been completed because, according to them, their alignment machine was broken or unavailable. That was very concerning, especially after I had already been told the truck was ready. After getting it back again, I started noticing large oil spots on my driveway. I rent a home with a badly cracked driveway, so I didn’t notice the leak immediately, especially since the oil was still clean. I took the truck back once again, and they kept it for another week. I was told there may have been a crack involving the head gasket.Since then, I’ve returned multiple times because the truck simply doesn’t drive the way it did before the accident. I’ve reported numerous issues, but each time I’m told they can’t duplicate the noises or problems because there are no warning lights or diagnostic trouble codes. What concerns me even more is that some of the mechanical components were repaired or replaced with used parts instead of being replaced with new ones. I’ve since spoken with independent mechanics, and they told me that damaged mechanical parts should generally be replaced, not repaired, especially after a significant collision.I also had a private mechanic inspect my truck. He told me my driveshafts appear to be wearing prematurely and may need replacement soon, even though the truck only has about 75,000 miles. He also noted that several engine pulleys sound worn.I’ve had the truck back since October, and these issues have continued to bother me. Some of the problems I’ve experienced include:* The truck jerks while slowing down.* It also jerks during acceleration at times.* The driver’s door squeaks whenever it’s opened or closed.* There is a humming noise at highway speeds.* The truck sways while driving on the freeway.* There are knocking noises when driving over small bumps. To make matters worse, the shop doesn’t even have a transmission specialist on staff. That says a lot about the level of service they provide.Based on my experience, I felt like just another number rather than a valued customer. I trusted this shop because it represented Toyota, but I left with less confidence in my vehicle than when I brought it in. I cannot recommend this shop, and I would strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting them with a major collision repair. 1 Reviews Brian vu RICHMOND, TX Reviewed : 07/02/2026 Comment : 1 Reviews Emily linch RICHMOND, TX Reviewed : 06/17/2026 Comment : 1 Reviews Jerry garcia RICHMOND, TX Reviewed : 06/12/2026 Comment : Shout out to Matt thank you for doing great work.
