Comment : They did a great job. Took a minute but that is to be expected. Scheduling with shops and insurance agencies take time. In the end they got us in and out and the price was more than fair. I would highly recommend them.

Comment : Wasted my time, 28 hours for an "inspection where they rattled off the same error codes I already had when I came in. Im 3 miles from home, I told them that. I needed it either repaired quickly or diagnosed quickly for two, and they wasted my time and tried to keep me for longer. Doesnt take 28hrs to read an obdIi scanner and look at an engine.

Comment : We bought our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Griffeth. Jordan found us exactly what we wanted and got it to us at a fair price. It was a great experience overall working with him and the dealership in general. Included with our purchase we also received a free oil change, tire rotation, and a wash. When we took them up on this offer, my wife and one of the kids ended up being sick and we couldn’t work out how to get it there. Andrew from service said, no sweat, we’ll come get and return it to you. They came good on this and it all worked out great. 10/10 would definitely buy and use for service again.

Comment : One of their drivers nearly took me out as I was riding my bike past the dealership. If I hadn't noticed the reckless turn, it would have been the most expensive day for that cardiovascular disease affected employees' life. They can sell you a car and run you over with it on the same day.

Always has a smile even when he answers the phone and will to help thank you guys at Griffin Ford and Mitsubishi service center oh and thanks for the car wash that's what I mean above and beyond

Comment : Disappointed! Sales process was solid, however John the sales manager told me no engine modifications had been done to the car when in fact there had been which voided the cars factory warranty. 3 months later we need to spend $4k on engine repairs which should be covered under warranty. 50k miles on this car and the only thing Griffeths is willing to do is sell me a $2k extended warranty which won t cover the problem or any future drivetrain problems.Disappointed!
