Comment : My vehicle had been making noise for a week and when I saw that the possible issues were beyond my abilities I started looking for a reputable mechanic with good reviews which led me to Greystone Automotive.

I set an appointment the day before and dropped my vehicle off in the morning. Within a few hours Tyler had called me to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and authorize repairs. What I thought was going to really hit me hard in the wallet and take a few days turned out to only be a few hundred dollars and I picked it up that afternoon. He didn’t try to upsell me, do unnecessary work or charge an arm and a leg. Greystone was honest , fair, professional and transparent. I will be bringing my vehicle here from now on and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and professional mechanic.

Comment : They are efficient both and repairs and time. They got my AC fixed within a day and it has been working great ever since. When I went to get my air filters changed, they came to the front to let me know that one of them did not need to be changed so I didn’t spend money on it unnecessarily! I really appreciated their honesty and work ethic.

Comment : Started off as a great place to have a car fixed or fined tuned but ended up a disaster. One of the service advisors one time told me "I don't know, let me go get someone" Really ? I'm taking my biz elsewhere.

Comment : Dropped off my rim at lunch and picked it up by 4. Michael and the team were awesome — super helpful and fast. Only place in town that had the tire I needed today, and the best price too. Highly recommend!
