I appreciate them wanting to be sure what the problem is before doing unneeded repairs. Michael has patiently discussed many options I have asked him about. I feel confident they can repair my car.

Comment : Tyler and his team take care of people like no other. I broke down in Birmingham with my daughters car and didn't know ay mechanic. I walked to his shop frustrated and broken down mentally. He sent a mechanic to help me diagnose it and told me what it was and then lent me some tools to fix it. I was on a budget and tried to fix myself. Well I fixed most of it and then his team eventually got it working properly. Moral of the story he offered to HELP before charging me a nickel. I have family in Birmingham. He is my mechanic in Birmingham for life. I have already been back a couple of times for other work. I highly recommend his shop.

Comment : When my car had difficulty starting last Tuesday, I felt it was a battery problem. I immediately drove to Wyndham tire and auto whom I have used for many, many years. I was told they did not have anyone available to check my battery, which would ve only taken five minutes. I drove next-door to Greystone tire and auto. They were very courteous and efficient in testing and installing a new battery and rusted terminal..
