Comment : DO NOT GO TO GREG'S TOO!!! They will ruin the inside of your car with oily hands and dirty feet not even trying to keep it clean. Also, they messed up the paint and trim around one of my windows then tried to tell me they didn't do it all the while I knew it wasn't like that when I left it. They are also the MOST expensive place in FS for repairs. I wouldn't take my enemies totaled vehicle there much less one that I cared about. I would stick to using Jody's Auto Service on Phoenix Avenue they are nice and care about your vehicle like it was theirs. I had a momentary brain blip I guess and am regretting it....

Comment : This is the first time that I've ever been refused service based on a vehicle's secondary needs, and then forced to pay for an estimate after ~10-minutes on the lift....And I only know how long it was on the lift as I wasn't offered a place to wait while waiting on service, so I was outside when I saw them bring it in and take it out....I took my vehicle to another shop who is willing to just provide me with the service I actually need to keep my car on the road instead of trying to juice someone out of $1,800.00 during a recession....This is the first time that I've ever been refused service based on a vehicle's secondary needs, and then forced to pay for an estimate after ~10-minutes on the lift.... ???More

Comment : Went into this shop by recommendation from a family friend while visiting Arkansas. Had a tire leak and my TPMS light kept coming on. Bill the front desk took care of us and Paul repaired the tire with efficiency which got us back on the road in no time! Definitely recommend this shop and the people.
