Comment : My husband took our vehicle there and they kept it for like 5 days and ended up fixing stuff on it that didn’t even need to be fixed and charged us $500 for it….. I would (NOT )
recommend this place !!!! We Took it to another shop and they fixed the actual problem on it on the same day for less then what this place charged to” fix “ it !!
They have totally lost our business.

Comment : These guys are a great place if you need same-day service. If you're willing to wait, they'll be patient with you and get you figured out before the end of the day.

Comment : They will not let you make an appointment to have your car inspected. Went in, waited for it. They got it in fairly quickly... I needed to have a rear blinker bulb replaced... did it myself, went back the next day, was told it would be at least an hour. Went back an hour later and another guy said it would be at least 2 hours... 2 hours to see the blinker worked & sign the paperwork??? The 2 stars are generous. Not my fault they don't make money off the inspections.I called later and asked the man if he could at least give me a ballpark time when there might be a lull. He wouldn't give me anything except maybe a day or two. I told him he was being very unreasonable & he said I could talk to the boss if I didn't like it. He also asked if I brought it to another place because they would take rwo weeks. I had taken it to midas thinking they could pass it. they said they could get me right in, but can't just okay my original inspection & would be another charge.I am so frustrated with the person for being so rude.They will not let you make an appointment to have your car inspected. Comment : I have been a customer of Greg's Tire Center for a number of years, I have always found them, friendly, helpful and ready to do what they can to keep my car running properly. I always get good advice and the prices are fair. You won't find bettter customer service, these guys know their stuff!

Comment : Called to have a flat tire patched. I asked how long the wait would be. They said come on in, I???d be the next in line. When I showed up, they told me it would be over 30 minute wait, their guy just went to lunch. Would have been nice to know before showing up with an almost flat tire.
