Comment : We had an excellent experience in purchasing a vehicle, normally an experience that I don't wish to do often. Mike Schroder was very helpful and not pushy. He explained the differences in the cars that we looked at which was very nice. He also did some tech set ups which two elderly people had no clue about. Brian the finance manager was great as well,did not try to push us to purchase any of the extra plans. We went through that with another dealership. Mr. Smith was on site and greeted us. No complaints what so ever about this dealership.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.
