Comment : This place told me to completely total a car for 7-10k of damage in an effort to sell me a new vehicle. I?ll be transferring to a different lot. Please beware, unethical practices from this collision center will destroy your trust!

Comment : The worst customer services i have ever experienced. While my car was in their possession it was broken into while on their lot. It took them 20 minutes to find my vehicle because the 2 locations the lady taking the payments told me it was at it wasn't there. Then after they finally found my vehicle it had been ransacked , and items stolen. So i look at the guy like this is not how i
left my vehicle. He was speechless. So after 2 minutes of silence he said " a homeless person broke into your car". So i said " yall didn't lock the doors"? Then he proceeds to tell me about this happening before. So at this point i'm upset. I go
talk to the assistant manager, and he is talking in circles. Moreover they were acting like it was my fault, and i felt i was being treated unfairly because i was black. To conclude i will never step
foot on Greens Toyota lots, and neither will
my family, and friends.
