They strongly recommended a $2,000 fuel pump and battery replacement. I trusted their professional judgment and paid for both, yet the issue persisted the moment I got the car home.Ignored OnStar Alerts:While the shop had my vehicle, I received multiple OnStar diagnostic alerts stating the there were critical engine alerts that would cause overheating. I called every single time to alert them; they brushed me off and claimed they "would take care of it."Gross Negligence:Following their initial "repairs," the water pump burst 2 days later causing my engine to overheat—an issue I never had before giving them my keys. I actually took the car that same morning and they said that it was fine prior to that happening. They refused to accept **any responsibility** for the engine overheating, despite the fact that I had called them repeatedly to warn them it was a critical engine alert they may cause overheating while in their care.Incompetence:After paying for the water pump, I was told the truck was ready. I arrived to find the vehicle COMPLETELY DEAD! Despite having just paid for a new battery and repairs, they had to use jumper cables to start my car right in front of me. Then recommeneded ANOTHER REPAIR that would cost approx. $400!Unprofessional Management:The mechanics at this shop are incompetent, but more importantly, they don't want to be held accountable for their mistakes.The Bottom Line:I have spent $2,600 replacing parts that were not broken while the original issue remains. They ignored active diagnostic warnings, caused my engine to overheat, and showed zero accountability. I was advised that the issue was a mass air flow sensor, and I paid over $1,000 for that repair.However, upon picking up my vehicle and attempting to drive off the lot, I immediately experienced transmission issues?something that was not present when I initially dropped off the car, nor identified during the initial diagnostic. After conducting a second diagnostic test, I was informed that I now needed a full transmission replacement, quoted at $5,100.When I raised concerns about how this issue suddenly appeared, I was told that during their $300 diagnostic process, ?underlying issues? may not always be detected right away. This explanation was concerning, given that the vehicle showed no signs of transmission problems beforehand.Additionally, I later learned that the transmission work would be outsourced to another shop, which independently quoted approximately $4,200?significantly less than what I was quoted.This pattern of service is not isolated. My sister had a similar experience, where she was initially quoted one price, only to be told additional repairs were required after she had already agreed. When I expressed my intent to report these concerns to the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the business refunded the cost of the mass airflow sensor only and declined to proceed with further repairs on my vehicle.Consumers deserve transparency, consistency, and integrity when it comes to vehicle repairs?especially during financially challenging times. If you believe you have experienced similar treatment, I strongly encourage you to report it and seek accountability through the appropriate channels.I visited here a while back and Jake was a big help. I went in for a front end alignment. He checked my car, tighten up a screw on my brake line to stop a leak and informed me that all I needed was new tires. He didn?t charge me for anything and was very helpful in explaining the ?Why? behind everything.
