Comment : This is the worst automobile place I've ever been to I went and they promised me a $100 to check my AC for my car.And they ended up lying to me and charging me three hundred and fifty dollars and doing other services that I did not recommend them or ask them to do at all now I am sure that my financial status where's mechanics ever.

Comment : This facility has great customer service. They are always friendly and honest. They get your cars maintenance done in an orderly and timely manner. You don’t have to wait weeks or months for them to fix your issues. 10/10 definitely recommend. Also they have a courtesy shuttle and if they don’t have it available that day, they will provide a no Uber for you to return back home as long as it’s within a reasonable distance. That service alone definitely made things less stressful.They definitely take care of their customers.

Comment : This is the only people I trust. But it is lightly. I think all mechanics are thieves and scoundrels. But these folks have been fair and honest so far.

I need to bring my 2019 Chevy Colorado in for a transmission problem. I expect to get an expensive problem diagnosed or get screwed
I don't have anyone else to bring it to but know enough to know BS. I am old and can't do the repairs myself. But I know and won't get screwed.
I will. Definitely let everyone know my experience .

Comment : This team was wonderful! Ultimately, I can only speak to their customer service, since my car issue had to be handled by the dealership, but the G&W team was so lovely! I broke down on the interstate at 7 am on my way to the airport. They were the only establishment open. They were so kind and understanding as I called in quite distraught. I managed to make the next flight and worked with Joel and Jake while I was in California to get my car totally squared away and delivered to the dealership! Such a great experience and I would absolutely come back again to get service for my vehicle. They made a really unfortunate situation much more bearable!
