Comment : I brought my car in after noticing a burning smell whenever I drove in traffic for a long time. They didn’t panic or assume the worst. Instead, they inspected the engine bay, checked wiring, and looked at the clutch area. The issue turned out to be a slightly worn clutch plate causing overheating under heavy use. After replacement, the smell is completely gone and driving in traffic feels normal again.

Comment : I have the dealership tell me what my car needs and take it to Greatwood for repair. The guys have great customer service, prompt repair, and amazing prices compared to the dealership.

Comment : I had my oil changed and it was very quick. I did not have to wait very long, and they also checked all the filters and everything. I'm very pleased.
