Comment : I can’t say enough good things about Gray’s Automotive Services. My mom was driving my vehicle and ended up with a completely flat tire on the side of the road—with my three children in the car. I wasn’t able to get to them to help. I called to see if they offered roadside assistance, and even though they don’t, TJ immediately offered to go help. He drove out himself with his own tools, found her on the side of the road, and changed the tire right there.

He took the flat tire back to the shop, checked and properly inflated the spare to make sure it was safe, and had a brand-new tire ready for my vehicle the very next day. TJ refused to accept anything for helping them on the side of the road. That level of kindness, generosity, and integrity is rare.

He was incredibly helpful, kind, considerate, and professional throughout the entire experience. Knowing my family was taken care of when I couldn’t be there meant everything. (And yes—this experience showed us we definitely need a refresher on changing a flat tire!)

Highly recommend Gray’s Automotive Services to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and genuinely caring service.

Comment : Big fan of the Gray's network and the service they provide at all locations. This one in Redland is always on top of their game. They have helped me a couple of times with nails in a tire and would not accept any payment. Good people who do good work.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.
