Comment : I have many wonderful personal experiences with the staff at this location. Today I reached out for help with a friend who was unable to bring her car in personally due to health issues. The manager, TJ, allowed two of his employees, Luke and Tima, to pick up and deliver her vehicle back to her. I cannot express how grateful we both are.

Comment : I want to brag on Luke and all the guys that work for Grey's tires everytime I use them I am always greeted with the upmost respect and knowledgeable service guys and outstanding management! My name is Leah Littlefield and I took my suv there recently on several occasions cause my air hasn't been working right and they will work on it and try and figure the problem out and if it doesn't cost them they want charge you! I took my car there twice recently and they didn't charge me! My older brother is a certified mechanic and I always get him to look at my car first and if he can't fix or see the problem I love to take it to Grey's! Comment : TJ Judkins and his co workers really helped us out! We were on our way to the beach and had a shock go out because of a missing bolt! He got in our truck and rode with us to listen to the problem and then put us right on the rack to find it! There were about three other people trying to help us fix the problem as well even though they were very busy and it was blazing hot outside! We were on the road in less than a hour! Customer service is A+ here and the service was impeccable! Restrooms were clean and the waiting room was comfortable even though we weren’t in there long! So thankful they were in our path and were so willing to help fix our problem! A true blessing! Recommend 1000 percent!!

Comment : Always had a good experience there. First time I had my vehicle aligned, it was good. It seems like the cost was around $90. The next time I took it in for an alignment, they said the same price but while I was waiting, they came back and said they needed a shim kit and that it was going to be around $200. I said okay. I little while later the technician from the back came out said it was done and I went to the front to pay and the other sales guys were gone and he said he ran into some more issues and it was like $350. I asked if he could discount anything since it was supposed to be under $100 so he knocked about $10 off of the shim kit. Big deal. They did not print out the alignment specs and I forgot to ask for a copy. So I got it home and jacked it up to doublecheck their work. There were no shims at all. The factory ones that were there, were gone. So they did not even use a shim kit that they supposedly charged me for. I also had to tighten the bolts on the a-arms where they had removed the factory shims. So glad I checked it. I will not be going back.
