Comment : Grays in Wetumpka are the most friendly and professional people around. I took Honda CRV in with all dash warning lights lit up.
I was expecting large bill. Expert diagnosis revealed a spark plug problem. So relieved and grateful for the excellent service.

Comment : We were on our way to FL pulling our boat and had a blowout on our trailer tire. We stopped on the side of the highway and fixed it. Then in route the same tire blew again so we needed new tires. I looked up dealers in the area and found Grays. They not only stopped what they were doing and put a new tire on, they gave us a good price so we bought 4 new tires from them.

Comment : I got new Toyo tires on my truck. I got them a little bigger than factory and they look great.
I worked with Luke, who explained in detail how they checked to make sure the bigger tires fit. He was great, friendly, and informative. I did get other quotes, and the same tires at the chain discount tire was a couple hundred more.
I will definitely be buying my next set of tires from Grays.

Comment : I will forever be a grateful customer of Gray’s Tires. They are always super friendly and helpful….more importantly, they are always above board and trustworthy. They don’t suggest any unnecessary repairs. I could have had my tires replaced more than necessary if it were up to me…..but not Gray’s…..they said that my tires were still in great shape and we replaced them recently. My car drives like brand new!!! Y’all are the BEST!!!

Comment : I have many wonderful personal experiences with the staff at this location. Today I reached out for help with a friend who was unable to bring her car in personally due to health issues. The manager, TJ, allowed two of his employees, Luke and Tima, to pick up and deliver her vehicle back to her. I cannot express how grateful we both are.
