Comment : I would like thank Brandon and the team at Redland Road location of Gray's. Brandon recently got me out of a situation with my utility trailer and packed my bearings and advised me to replace all 3 existing tires due to age prior making long journey. I am grateful for the prompt service and always request him for my service and have even referred friends to him. Luke with Grays also been attentive to my needs appreciate him as well. Comment : My family and I had an alternator go out on us as we headed back from the beach. Gray’s closes each Saturday at 3pm, however, I called them at approximately 12:15pm, and spoke with Brandon. Brandon did not act put out by my urgent request, rather sprung into action by ordering the part, arranging a technician, and having an open bay immediately upon the arrival of the tow truck. They began work, and finished within the hour. Thanks to Brandon, Luke, and the technician at Gray’s my wife and three small children will be home at our predetermined time. I can’t thank these gentleman enough for being so kind and doing the Lord’s work helping others in need. 10/10 recommend this business.

Comment : My wife took our F250 to Grays to get new tires. She was told that it needed new ball joints. She said yes. They installed new ball joints. When we drove it we realized something was wrong with the steering. We called Grays to let them know. They told us to go ahead and drive it for approximately 1000 miles and then let them know if something was still wrong. We knew that didn't sound right so we took it to a near by Ford dealership where they told us that the ball joints had not been installed to Ford factory specs. In fact, they were over tightened. Since they were a Ford dealer we allowed them to fix the problem which cost an additional 500.00. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Grays and hopefully neither my friends or family.
