Comment : I am very satisfied with Gray's. I am very DISSATISFIED with AAA. I had to use a different towing company because AAA wanted me to wait at night in 30 degree weather on Atlanta Hwy for 2 hours. Gray's on the other hand is my prefered service center.

Comment : Gray's always provides good and honest service. They have serviced every car I have owned for the past decade. I think I would use Gray's for service even if I moved to Auburn or Birmingham.

Comment : Lance and crew provided superb customer service with reasonable pricing. Although I would have liked my vehicle back the same day, I know that was not feasible. Vehicle was ready as promised and I saved money.
