Comment : We were traveling from Ky to Florida and encountered air conditioning problems. We had already planned to stay in Cullman, AL overnight. After asking locals of who they reccomended, we were directed to Graves Auto Service. Lucky for us, we were able to get an appointment at 0800 the next day. Keith was so nice and informative. He and his technician were able to diagnose the problem, low freon, get the unit recharged, replace the valve and check for leaks. We were back on the road within an hour and a half. The cost was reasonable and well worth the service and quick turnaround. Thanks Keith! We will reccomend you to others traveling down 65 South!

Trying to find someone, anyone you can trust can be challenging 😥 I had my own oil a special kind I purchased (Walmart) with filter. (First time doing this) I called others and they were very high. I called Graves Auto Svcs. They did it not for FREE but a lot less. I almost felt guilty and wanted to add a tip. He looked at me and said no, that’s OK 👌 this is the price we agreed to do this.$25. They worked me in with short notice and was kind & very professional!!! So if you want ripped off and taken advantage of, don’t go here!
It will be the opposite!!! You will also do like me and let everyone know!!! Thank you 🙏🏼 😊 Graves Auto for being all the above 👆 for good! 👏 Jerry D
