Comment : Graves has been handling six of my privately owned vehicles, all at various lifecycles of their use. All vehicles are integral to managing my small 80 acre farm, as well as getting my wife and I to/from work.
As such, I'm comfortable in partnering with Graves to handle simple, to EXTREMELY complex repairs? I view Graves as my NASCAR pit crew?they handle my routine oil changes, truck differential issues, 4x4 issues, brakes, transmission, etc.?our vehicles work as hard as we do.
Over my academic and professional career, I've always been intrigued by what an organization does to succeed?the secret sauce so to speak. There are basic core pillars that one can Google which have been regurgitated ad nauseam by analysts, know-it-alls, plagiarists, etc. Graves far exceeds those basic standards on the daily (IMO).
Moreover, what has set this organization apart in gaining my trust follows:
1. When a customer enters the facility, ALL are met with courtesy, respect, and an attentive ear by one of the employees managing the reception desk (3 Good Dudes)?the reception desk is organized, the employees professional in demeanor and presentation;
2. Constantly communicative, accurate & diligent diagnostics, followed by exceptional service at respectable pricing;
3. The facility is CLEAN, the waiting area is configured well & welcoming, spread out and full of snacks/drinks (includes pod coffee), small toys for kids, Roku streaming entertainment, and comfortable seats;
4. The only time I had a concern with a repair?THE OWNER re-test drove my car, addressed it and told me not to worry, he could make my brakes function better with a simple adjustment, and did it right away?another good dude as well;
5. The workers, from the front desk to the shop floor, appear to love their jobs; I challenge anyone to go to a dealership service center, observe the staff, and tell me they experience the aforementioned observation;
Thank you for another positive experience. I'll be back!
