I have been so busy at work and didnt realize when I left this morning to drive across town to visit my client, my car only had 10% oil life! I desperately needed service today. I checked the reviews for this dealership and read race reviews about Kyle. When I called he was friendly and helpful and told me to come on in! He interrupted his lunch, to greet me, got me checkin and let me know he would followup after the initial diagnostic assessment. Kyle returned to explain what my car needed, walked me through the investment required, and after a short wait, I was back on the road. This was my first time at this dealership, and even though, it's across town for me (approximately 30 miles), I will be back! Thanks Kyle, you delivered exceptional service AGAIN, just like the reviews I read!
