Comment : I got to the dealership gave me an all around about the truck. Took it for a test drive. Came back and talked about number got it done in an hour. Jet explains to you in detail of what he can do for you regarding in numbers. Anyone going to the dealership ask for jet!!.

Comment : Made an appointment for first oil change and tire rotation probably a little too soon but I wanted it done and the service department obliged. The service was about 2 hours but the guys made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there. The experience was great and I highly recommend Grapevine as your RAM go-to for new car scheduled service and maintenance. Thanks Grapevine team!

The communication options could have been a little better; I was hoping an app or email portal would be available for status, but I had to call for updates.
