Comment : Car is getting older so fixes are occurring more. Grapevine always does a great job. Our Challenger was bought from them used with 5000 mils. She now has over 149,ooo. Love this car. Grapevine dodge is the only people who work on this car except fpor tires from Discount tire.

Comment : They are awesome, hit a pothole that lacerated my tire. They replaced it at no charge and done quickly for a last minute emergency even though they were busy

Comment : Poor communication and overall Customer Service. Was never updated on my vehicle and had to call in to get any update/information. Car was held for much longer than they promised. Still waiting on a call from the GM, which I'm sure won't happen.
