Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Also Kayla gegoire went above and beyond to call a car dealership to find a missing part that attaches to my windshield that was missing she deserves recognition for taking the time to make our experience so much better@ Granite state was recommended to us and now we know why and will inturn recommended them going forward. Comment : Recently I discovered a crack in the glass in my 37 year old woodstove. I thought I could just order replacement glass from the manufacturer, but they no longer stock this size glass. I started making some calls all around the area, and even considered a few places on the Internet. Fortunately one of the places I called was Granite State Glass in Rochester. The girl I spoke to when I called was unbelievable knowledgeable, but very courteous and professional as well. She was even nicer in person, when I brought the door from my woodstove. The other girl and the technician I spoke to were fantastic as well. Well, I know for sure that if I ever have a glass problem, I will be calling Granite State, and recommending them to my friends.
