Comment : Broken windshields suck. However dealing with GSG was smooth as a babys cheek. I called them on a Thursday afternoon and had a new windshield
By noon on Tuesday. The people are great and even helped with the insurance crap. I had been told it would be a full day job however it was completed before lunch. If you need glass for your car go here. If your insaurence tries to push you to their preferred company you have a right to insist on the shop you choose. Thanks GSG for a new windshield and a good experience.

Comment : Needed a windshield replacement for my truck and had used the recommendation by my insurance to use Safelite in Portsmouth. What a mistake. Drove 20 miles twice for them to have the wrong windshield. Kathleen Beckwith and the team at Granite State Glass in Rochester we're outstanding. Took the time to ensure they had the correct windshield w/ photos, calls to the supplier, and even brought in the two options to make sure they had the correct one. I will be using them again if needed. Very happy customer.

Comment : We were visiting the area for a couple of months when my windshield developed a huge crack that went more than halfway across. Called several places to get estimates and in the end we chose to go with Granite State Glass and very glad we did. They got us in extremely fast and had the windshield replaced on our 08 RAM 3500 in just a few hours after dropping it off. The install looked very clean and I was happy that it didn't make a mess on the inside of the vehicle either. Waited a few days and made a couple trips through the car wash and no leaks so very happy.
