Comment : Recently I discovered a crack in the glass in my 37 year old woodstove. I thought I could just order replacement glass from the manufacturer, but they no longer stock this size glass. I started making some calls all around the area, and even considered a few places on the Internet. Fortunately one of the places I called was Granite State Glass in Rochester. The girl I spoke to when I called was unbelievable knowledgeable, but very courteous and professional as well. She was even nicer in person, when I brought the door from my woodstove. The other girl and the technician I spoke to were fantastic as well. Well, I know for sure that if I ever have a glass problem, I will be calling Granite State, and recommending them to my friends. Comment : Best quote, also said the would rather do it in house then on site, dropped it off night before and was done by 10am, personable and windshield looks great, cleaned the dash and on star mirror on and sturdy, it was even cheaper to get the tinted visor!

Comment : Broken windshields suck. However dealing with GSG was smooth as a babys cheek. I called them on a Thursday afternoon and had a new windshield
By noon on Tuesday. The people are great and even helped with the insurance crap. I had been told it would be a full day job however it was completed before lunch. If you need glass for your car go here. If your insaurence tries to push you to their preferred company you have a right to insist on the shop you choose. Thanks GSG for a new windshield and a good experience.

Comment : Needed a windshield replacement for my truck and had used the recommendation by my insurance to use Safelite in Portsmouth. What a mistake. Drove 20 miles twice for them to have the wrong windshield. Kathleen Beckwith and the team at Granite State Glass in Rochester we're outstanding. Took the time to ensure they had the correct windshield w/ photos, calls to the supplier, and even brought in the two options to make sure they had the correct one. I will be using them again if needed. Very happy customer.
