We had a huge specialty window installed by them- high up on the 2nd floor of our house.Their installers were skilled professionals who were awesome to watch!Lisa from the office and Chris, the Manager were wonderful to work with and made this an all around amazing experience !!We will be using them again in the near future and highly recommend them!!!Granite State Glass of Portsmouth is amazing!! Comment : Granite State Glass was referred to us and we were very pleased with the final results. Chris, the technician called ahead to notify us of his impending arrival. He arrived 15 minutes early, removed his shoes at the door and got right to work. A nice gentleman. He fixed the loose shower door hinge right away using the existing parts. Comment : The back windshield of our car shattered on a Sunday while we were on vacation in Ogunquit. I left messages for all nearby glass repair shops and only Granite State Glass and 1 other company called me back. Since we were leaving in 2 days they couldn’t order the glass in time but offered to collision wrap it for me at no charge! We were so appreciative since it was raining and our attempts at keeping the rain out with garbage bags wasn’t doing so great. They cleaned out the remainder of the glass that had shattered and did a great job with the wrap. It allowed us to continue to use the car during our vacation and gave us peace of mind on our 5-6hr drive home with 2 kids in the back seat. We ended up driving through 1-2hrs of pouring rain and was so thankful for their help. Great folks there! If they hadn’t suggested the collision wrap (I didn’t know it was a thing), the rest of our vacation and our drive home would have been a nightmare. Thank you Granite State Glass!
