Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Granite Glass cut quarter inch glass to replace our broken cash-wrap-top at our retail store same-day, then, when I realized that I needed it to be 6 inches shorter, they allowed me to bring it in and re-cut to the correct size for the perfect fit at no charge. Thank you for your excellent, fast, and generous customer service.

Comment : Exceptional. I was referred by our host in Portsmouth, having traveled from Pennsylvania the day before and catching a rock on the way. Chris (tech) was very pleasant, as were the ladies behind the counter. Hard to tell there was ever a crack in my windshield. Quick, courteous, efficient, and priced right. Couldn't be happier.
