Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Replaced a mirrored door from our medicine cabinet in a day, great price and saved me from spending $300+ on a new one. When I went to pick it up I asked if they repaired chips on windshields? The front desk attendant took a look and then asked their technician to look at it, and he said sure, I can do it now if you want? About 20 minutes and it looks great, you cannot even see the repair. Highly recommend, great service and very nice people

I had an old school window on my front porch that lost an interaction with a hockey puck. I was told it would take a week or two to repair. Because of that, and because I had no back up window and didn't want it boarded up for two weeks with plywood....I had to wait for a period of days when no rain was expected. And a period of time that I was going to be home for two weeks straight (I travel for work) . Being New England, that "perfect weather" scenario was a bit tricky. Anyway, I got tired of waiting, knew there was finally the "right weather window " and I called a few glass places. Yup, ten days I was told by two recommended places, both 30+ minutes away...

Imagine my surprise when I called Granite State Glass on Saturday morning. They were open. Astonishing. The gentleman on the phone asked a few questions and told me if I could get there within the hour, he could fix it on the spot. He walked me through the careful removal of the window, especially given it's shattered glass issue, and made certain I was able to safely get it wrapped and into my car. I dropped everything, drove to Plymouth and, while I waited, he replaced the glass. True to his word, I was out of there in fifteen minutes. With all new glass in my old window. Fifteen minutes. Like new.
He was unable to accept cash or credit payment so he told me his office manager would call me Monday morning. Which she did. It was all based on trust and goodwill. I happily paid for it.

Say it. Mean it. Do it. And do it well. Exceed expectations. Be kind. Trust others will do the right thing, too.

If I ever need custom glass, or new windows, this will be the ONLY place I call.
