Comment : Outstanding first impression! I have glazed many old school windows and I know what I'm doing, but I'm human and we can all make mistakes. I measured slightly wrong and because of that my sheet of glass was roughly a 16th too large. This was no problem for them and they had the best price around. They accepted my mistake without charging me and just made sure that they left me with not only what I needed, but also a wonderful first impression. I am a contractor that does work like this all the time and they are definitely my number one choice going forward. It was an absolute joy doing business with them!

Comment : Poor Workmanship. I brought in an Andersen casement window for glass replacement. I was warned that the corner joints would need to be sawn open (no problem) but I didn't expect that the corners would remain open and unfinished. I was told "we're a glass company not a wood shop". Fair enough but don't accept the job if you intend on disappointing customers.

Comment : Very impressed with this company!
I had them cut a glass panel to size for me. I later realized I was unclear in my directions and had a glass piece 1/8 inch short on both sides… I brought it back and was met with kindness at the front desk. They recut it perfectly and desired no additional cost.

Comment : My recent trip was for a couple of chips in my windshield. In and out. Perfect. I have had at least 3 windshields replaced by Granite State glass. Fantastic job every time. They even transfer my inspection sticker and EZ Pass transponder every time. I highly recommend them. BTW, they charged me significantly less than one of their competitors.

Comment : Absolute top notch service and work. They replaced two cracked low E panes in a bow window a few years back. I went in last week with a panoramic picture frame that needed new glass. They cut it and wrapped it up for me, in and out in 10 minutes, and charged 1/2 of what the hardware store quoted. Super service!

Comment : I booked an appointment with the friendly and professional staff at the Manchester location of GSG to have a chip repair to my windshield on 5/31/2025. Upon examining the damage, the technician determined that it was a minor pit and not a chip in the windshield. The technician conducted the proper repair and I was not charged for the service. I want to say THANK YOU for being honest about the situation and not charging me for an unnecessary chip repair. Granite State Glass will continue to be my go to place for all glass service needs.

Comment : absolutely horrendous. I’ve had two windshields replaced at this place within one year on my vehicle both of them shipped to see what I was working with for quality of windshield after the Second one broke I gave it a love tap on a completely different part of the windshield, and it completely broke due to my love tap Horrible quality windshields they claim glass is glass not the case never going back here don’t waste your money. I have now spent $3000 on windshields within A YEAR . i know people that spend hours of their lives on the highway and still never 3 in one year. There’s a reason why you should always get OEM straight from your dealership.
