Comment : Had a rear window replaced, when I got the vehicle back there was silicone and rubber molding all over the rear tonneau cover of the truck, on the inside there was a few pieces of plastic and some silicone pieces that we're not in the truck before I dropped it off. There is also an annoying vibration/rattle from the rear window coming from the frame/molding drivers side now that I'm going to have to sort out.

If you're installing something or taking care of somebody's vehicle, leave it the way you found it, don't leave a mess behind and stop being so lazy. Clean up after yourself it's not that hard to do.

Comment : I had my windshield replaced and the two people that came out to my house did a superb job they told me it be a hour it wasn?t even a half hour definitely would be using them again super easy and friendly people

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I had a chip repaired in the shop. Scheduling was easy, and the service itself was quick. However, when finished, the repairman began talking with one of the female cashiers at the counter. It was very obvious they were discussing me and my repair?both of them looked directly at me while talking and I clearly heard the conversation. The cashier then attempted to hide behind the counter while continuing the conversation. The repairman looked straight at me, smirked, and said, ?Yeah, probably.?

If you?re going to speak poorly about a customer, at the very least don?t do it directly in front of them. Attempting to hide while continuing the conversation made it even more unprofessional. This is basic customer service and business etiquette.

Comment : Just finished installing some large screens assembled by GSG for a screened porch. The screens look great, and they were built exactly to my measurements.
Got a lot of up front friendly advice from Jim Keefe, the manager, which went a long way.
My customer loved them, as well.

Comment : Outstanding first impression! I have glazed many old school windows and I know what I'm doing, but I'm human and we can all make mistakes. I measured slightly wrong and because of that my sheet of glass was roughly a 16th too large. This was no problem for them and they had the best price around. They accepted my mistake without charging me and just made sure that they left me with not only what I needed, but also a wonderful first impression. I am a contractor that does work like this all the time and they are definitely my number one choice going forward. It was an absolute joy doing business with them!

Comment : Poor Workmanship. I brought in an Andersen casement window for glass replacement. I was warned that the corner joints would need to be sawn open (no problem) but I didn't expect that the corners would remain open and unfinished. I was told "we're a glass company not a wood shop". Fair enough but don't accept the job if you intend on disappointing customers.

Comment : Granite State Glass did an excellent job. A price that was better than all the other company's I got estimates from. The job was completed quicker than quoted. Very pleasant peeps to deal with. Found my go to place for glass. Thanks again. David S.
