They do not have the skill nor patience to do a job well done.After 3 weeks, the window was ready for pickup and to my horror the window had multiple cracks in the wooden frame and horribly chipped. Now, it is in need of even more repairs due to the structural damages.In my eyes, this is poor craftsmanship and service. Communication about the damages was deserved??? At least addressing that the window we expected to get back had been damaged in the process of replacing the glass. It was a bit shocking and disappointing.Granite State Glass may be skilled in other glass related repairs, but beware of their lack of abilities when it comes to older window repairs.I would not recommend Granite State Glass for any wooden window glass repairs.
