Comment : Granite State Glass in Hudson, NH is the best glass shop in America! I've lost count of the number of windshields that they've replaced in our cars. Each time, each windshield that they've replaced, has been a masterpiece. Their work is precise, flawless. Interacting with Kenny, the Hudson store manager, is a pleasure. Kenny is a consummate professional. I cringe when i think of our prior experiences with Safelite Auto Glass. STAY AWAY from Safelite Auto Glass, they are awful! ON THE OTHER HAND, Granite State Glass is spectacular.

Comment : Fabulous job installing a replacement windshield on my Explorer. Don't even think about going anywhere else. They handled the insurance, the items on the windshield and calibrating the rain and wiper system. Just great.

Comment : I recently had Granite State Glass install a storm door for me. I could not have been happier with the service from start to finish. The technician who came out to do the measurement, customer service scheduling the install date, and the technician who came do do the install - they were all great to work with! They were personable and knowledgeable, which made for a great experience for me. Comment : What a pleasure to do business with Granite State Glass. They are an old-school, customer-centric business, of the variety that rarely exist, today. From a customer's perspective, Granite State Glass could be no better. Their customer service is outstanding, as is the quality of their work, craftsmanship, and quality assurance. The staff at the Hudson, NH location of Granite State Glass are professional, efficient, and skilled, as are the staff at Granite State Glass' central auto glass department. The windshield of our car was struck for the second time, in less than one year. The staff at Granite State Glass - Hudson, NH did an exceptional job installing a new windshield in our car, and recalibrating the collision avoidance software in our car (and they provided me with a report of the collision avoidance metrics, before and after our car's windshield was replaced), for the second time in a year. Again, Granite State Glass puts the incompetent, dishonest people at Safelight Glass to shame. I can't say enough great things about Granite State Glass, from a customer's perspective. I encourage anyone needing glass installation or repair to bring their business to Graite State Glass, with the confidence that Granite State Glass will do an exceptional job, and provide you with exemplary customer service.
