Comment : Immaculate customer service from the moment I called in until the rear tailgate glass was finished! Ally in customer support was wonderful and knowledgeable and friendly on the process of helping with scheduling and the information given for me to understand what to expect. Taylor in the office was friendly and happy to hear me call throughout the process to check in every time. The technician left the vehicle in great condition and my rear window was spotless! Thank you for being so wonderful and helpful! I wouldn't go to any other place! Highly recommend!

Comment : Granite State Glass in Hudson, NH is the best glass shop in America! I've lost count of the number of windshields that they've replaced in our cars. Each time, each windshield that they've replaced, has been a masterpiece. Their work is precise, flawless. Interacting with Kenny, the Hudson store manager, is a pleasure. Kenny is a consummate professional. I cringe when i think of our prior experiences with Safelite Auto Glass. STAY AWAY from Safelite Autp Glass, they are awful! ON THE OTHER HAND, Granite State Glass is spectacular.

Comment : Fabulous job installing a replacement windshield on my Explorer. Don't even think about going anywhere else. They handled the insurance, the items on the windshield and calibrating the rain and wiper system. Just great.
