Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : The lawnmower threw up a rock and put a hole in one of our picture windows. Granite State came out for a free quote that was very reasonably priced and noted a 2-4 week timeframe for the glass to be ready for the repair. A few weeks later they called to ask if they could install that day and their team was there 45 minutes later, had everything replaced within 30 minutes. Someone looked at the replaced window and said the only way you could tell they were there was because the new glass was cleaner. They left the area spotless. Highly recommend if you need any residential glass repair!!

Comment : I had a crack in my sunroof and they were very helpful. We had a tough schedule to match but they took my car and had it back not that long after I had gone back to work. Hunter was the tech and he did a great job and was a stand up guy. I don't hope to need their services again, but if I do I would use them easily.

Comment : Seals were broken in many windows in our condo. Someone suggested Granite Glass. Went to the office and talked to Ros and and set up an inspection time when we would be back up. Estimator was there on time and very pleasant. Received quote promptly..great price. Booked the job...was told about 8 weeks. Turned out to be half that time. The installer, John, was great. 39 years with Granite Glass. Knew his stuff, very professional, left area very clean. This is the glass company you need to use.
