Comment : The tech that came out to MY house to work on MY car was as high as a kite, I will not be recommending GSG to any of my friends or family if this is how the employees are showing up to anyones house.

Comment : Granite State Glass' Concord, NH team is excellent! Superb customer service and clear communication by both Meghan & Amy made our experience very efficient. Technician replacing our windshield saw a scratch on the new one after initial install (that we couldn't see) and Meghan took action to expedite delivery of another one within a day. Replaced it with no issues and we are satisfied customers! Retired military with USAA Insurance, enabling a smooth transaction.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Wow this place is amazing. I?ve always heard good things but I never expected them to go above and beyond. We had our windshield replaced and they were so kind. We had our puppy with us and she was a little woofy and they said it was no problem. We had complimentary coffee that was very good. Their lobby is so gorgeous and their bathroom was so clean and nice. All staff members were so kind and patient. They cleaned our car! Their work and attention to detail is superb. I will always recommend them now that I know how amazing they are ??

They worked directly with our insurance company to ensure we received OEM glass replacement. They coordinated with the dealership to schedule the appointment needed for calibration.

Comment : I’ve always used GSG for my windshield needs and they’ve always been great. I recently had a windshield done at the Concord location, and they caused a very small amount of damage while doing the job. When I picked the car up they immediately brought it to my attention and made it right not that it was a big deal but the honesty and integrity was amazing don’t lose it GSG. Have no doubt we will be forever customers. Thank you keep up the good work!
