Comment : These people were nice and knowledgeable. I asked about prices before I went in. They were very forthcoming and even told me that on Wednesdays the service I was getting had a lower price and made my appointment on a Wednesday.

Comment : Ice fell off the roof at my Dad's house. Completely took out my back glass and smashed my windshield. Discovered it late afternoon. They connected with my insurance company, ordered the glass that came in overnight. Repair completed next day by 2pm.

Comment : They fixed my glass and cut up my truck. Left gouges in the truck, the windshield replacement was disgusting with finger prints and the big old circle prints from the tools to apply the windshield as well.

Comment : I called for an appointment, Chantelle was wonderful. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, connected us to my insurance, and gave me an appointment. When I dropped off my car, the office staff was pleasant. They have a small wait area with coffee. A friend picked me up and they called me earlier than anticipated to pick up my car. Comment : On 1/27/25 I brought in a broken window for glass replacement. I didn't look at it very closely when it was ready for pick up, but as I went to reinstall it, I would have to say the work done was the worst I have ever seen by "professionals". Absolutely terrible as the pictures will show. A bent pin, no calking to make weather tight where metal was bent. For the cost, it should have been much better. The tech obviously took no pride in his work and is a Bad representation for the company. It causes me to Never want to bring a window there ever again. Comment : They were calling me as I walked in to pick up 10 minutes to close (I felt so bad) and they still went out of their way to go find my dashcam attachment on my old windshield after I turned around and came back five minutes later. Thank you!!
