Comment : Twice, I have brought my car in for an appt that I booked over the phone & they had no record of it. Service has gone downhill since the change to Granite Hyundai.
But on this last visit Shawn honored the appointment and got me in with no additional wait time. They would have lost my business without him.

Comment : I was told by sales manager that they would cut me a check for Maine sales tax. I was very explicit about that because I don't have the funds to pay them now. After leaving I realized that.they hadn't done so. When I confronted them about it they said it was too late,paper work had been filed. Nothing they could do about it. . It was less than 24 hrs. After I signed contract.

Comment : Shady people don’t buy here! Sold me a truck that was supposedly certified by their mechanic. I put 7 thousand miles on it and the u joints and manifolds are gone. When i called them they told me they “don’t do u joints” and that i should go somewhere else.
