Comment : My experience with this particular Firestone, was the most professional & most enjoyable then I've been treated in a very long time. They finished repairing me car 2 days early & it runs better then before that's never happened to me. Thank you Firestone for everything & I will not forget how you treated my repair problem & me too!

Comment : This place was either running a scam or incompetent. I came in with what I thought was a bad fuel pump, they said they???d run a diag to confirm and came back saying the fuel pump and the battery terminals needed replacement. The quote for the fuel pump was twice the amount other shops gave me for this issue and when I questioned it they said it was the cost of parts (which I found to be significantly cheaper online than what they said). I took the vehicle somewhere else, they ran a diag and found the fuel pump functional, the fuses working, replaced the battery terminal, and determined that the issue was the fuel was tainted with water. If I had gone with Grand Parkway I would have spent $1000 more and have my truck still not working. They either did not check the vehicle out and abused the information I gave them to get the highest payout or just didn???t know how to properly diagnosis the issue. Either way, not a great experience and a waste of $75 to find out they were dead wrong.This place was either running a scam or incompetent. Comment : came in for an inspection, family owned & operated lured me in, sure enough tons of photos of the family & very attentive, down to earth, confident and friendly environment, as expected. fast service, honest and straight shooting folks. would definitely come back for other things! interesting they had a rare bird mounted in waiting room, an albino wood duck! wow, never seen one before, impressive! not that that helps, but point is they're clearly avid hunters and i love that they show you their family successes all around the store, makes me want to come back because it truly is a local, family business, and when it comes to car stuff trust is invaluable.

Comment : I been here for 40 minutes waiting on a car inspection. A white lady walked in and they immediately took her car to go get inspected. When I said something about it the mad at the desk said the guy grabbed the wrong keys and there were other people in front of me.
