Comment : I was driving from Hamilton and my car just stalled, I had no idea where I was or what to do. I googled the closest auto shop and Grand Island came up. My car started, and I went straight there, they found time for me and found out what the problem was and temporarily fixed it until I could get back to Ontario and see my mechanic. He never charged me anything. Everybody was so kind. I really appreciated their generosity. Comment : Was on vacation and needed a new U joint on my pickup truck. I called and they got me in the next day to look at it. I brought it in at 8am and they ended up fixing it the same day!! Nice people and good work.

Comment : Can t say one negative thing about here Mike and his team at grand island auto has been the best and honest shop I ve ever brought my car to always super upfront about what work needs to be done and find the best way that works with your budget I will always referee people to bring there car here and will always bring my car to them

Comment : Got our motor mounts fixed here a month back. Car was worse when we got it back then when it went in. They couldn t figure out the problem and were googling fixes did absolutely NOTHING even with us bringing the car back 3 times. Took to dealership and they said they were installed wrong. Do NOT come here! Lady at front desk was rude and hung up on me as well.

Comment : These folks are amazing. Pulled my camper to Grand Island from Missouri for vacation and blew a tire about 100 miles out. Called Mike the next morning July 3rd and he had 4 new tires on my camper by 3:00 p.m. Great service, fair price and the most friendly people to do business with. Thanks Mike

Comment : Starting with Sandy and Haley in the office to all of the techs, everyone knows their stuff and does everything they can to help you. I had a simple issue that turned into a bigger issue because I couldn't fins a wheel lock key. I wasted their time with ordering and canceling tires(since I found that I had a set available to me). But they were perfectly fine with that and offered another work around. No drama!!!
