Comment : I just wanted to take a quick minute to thank Bob with Graham's for getting us home safely last weekend. We were on vacation, 123 miles from home and my alternator went out... It was Sunday and we were in the middle of no where. The car was towed and we road home in the truck. I'm not going to lie, I was scared. I'm easily overstimulated, get car sick, have an all around issue when I'm not the driver, have a herniated disc, and am extremely sensitive to a lot of smells... All this usually makes for a very crappy car ride. Bob was super calm, has clearly done this a time or two and that really put me at ease. His truck was very clean and not too uncomfortable for being a tow truck back seat... And things didn't smell. I know that's terrible/weird to mention but being its ADHD or autism, strong smells are something I really struggle with and end up with allot of migraines or upset stomach. Think like strong body odor or a lot of cologne or perfume... It just really messes with me. So this all was really important to me and I cannot express how much I appreciated it. I am usually a paranoid mess with others drivers, but Bob was a great driver and I even laid down and went to sleep at one point 🤣 Thanks Bob. You are truly appreciated sir!!!! I also want to add, that in over 20 years of using AAA, this place had the fastest response time I've ever dealt with. It only took them a little over an hour to get to us!!! My normal experience is 4-6 hour wait time!
