Comment : Zero stars! Do not go there, complete rip off. Was charged $60 for them to do absolutely nothing and then LARRY hung up on me when I was explaining that the fee was ridiculous. I explained to him I would make sure others know about this and his response was oh well.

I have dealt with them many times in the past and it?s been excellent but todays experience will make sure I do not return and suggest that the churches that deal with them see this.

My car wouldn?t start at the Library today and had some places that I had to arrive at in a timely matter so I called the first place I thought of Grahams especially because they are right down the road, a minute away to be exact. The man arrived promptly and my bf called me to say the cable is loose, it happened to him twice yesterday. Right as he said that I told the driver who touched the cable and mentioned? yeah I see it looks a little loose and my car was back on. I was not jumped, nothing was done at all and I was charged $60. Listen I get the fact that I called for service but the rudeness and I definitely feel I was ripped off. On another note a grown adult hanging the phone up when someone is not screaming, not yelling but saying something you don?t agree with. A business at that!

Comment : I don?t post a lot of reviews on car repair centers, but I had to for this place in particular. Not only do they seem to offer the cheapest rates I could find around the area.But they also found and fixed an issue with my old 220k mile 2006 Honda Odyssey that?s been a headache for a long time. I?m sad that I?ll be graduating this year because I would definitely return to them.

Comment : Got a flat tire after hitting a pothole near a construction site on the highway. I called multiple auto repair services who were not able to get me or tow my vehicle, and I was finally recommended Graham?s. The person who picked up was very kind and patient while I frantically was trying to explain my situation. I had no idea where I was, but I was able to send him my location and he drove about 40 minutes to help me out. I thought I had a spare tire (it turned out that it wasn?t a true spare tire because it didn?t have a wheel), so he wasn?t able to just change it for me, but he towed my car and dropped me off at a nearby auto repair shop who did it for me. The towing was about $150. I?m so grateful for his help and the great customer service!

Comment : Dustin from Graham's Exxon was our answer to our prayers. He called us to make sure we were and gave us an estimated time of arrival. Once onsite, Dustin assisted us by changing our shredded tire and putting our donut on. He even made sure our air level was good so we could safely get home. Dustin and Graham's is who we will be requesting, should a need arise again for roadside assistance. We appreciate y'all so much!
