Comment : Grahams Exxon towing is the best towing service in state college by far. Their drivers are polite and courteous. Professional and respectful when getting ready to tow equipment or when they re providing a jump start service.

Comment : Grahams was amazing! I took my car there this afternoon after experiencing a slow leak and they said they d call in an hour. Almost an hour on the dot, they called to tell me my car was all fixed and ready to go. Everyone was super nice and their prices were more than fair. Highly recommend, especially to Penn State students

Comment : My son needed help with a flat tire. They were honest about the repair when they could have tried to sell him a new tire. This is the second time we have used Grahams. Pleased with the customer service.

Comment : "We re the most friendly, honest auto repair team in the area.". That's what the web site says. That's crap.I purchased AAA for my daughter so that if she had an emergency, she would be taken care of. At 2:30 p.m. she realized that she had lost her keys and was unable to drive the hour and a half home. She called AAA to have them tow it back here. 3 hours later AAA called and said that the towing company was not coming out. That towing company was Graham's.I went on the app to set up a new request. It again showed that Graham's was the provider. So after getting confirmation in the app that they were on the way out, I called to make sure. I can't tell you how rude, dismissive and uncaring they are.When I asked whether they were going to pick her up he said no. His guys were too busy. I said, but we called over 3 hours ago. He said simply, yeah. I said so you guys just decided not to do jobs if you don't feel like doing it? He said yep. I said my daughter is stranded right now and you're not going to do it because you just want to make more money towing stuff in town. He basically said, that's the way it is.So two things. I've been a member of AAA for 30 years. That's probably going to come to an end. But before I canceled that membership, I'm going to do everything I can to make sure that those uncaring jerks lose their affiliation and that everyone knows what they really care about."We re the most friendly, honest auto repair team in the area.".
