Not to mention the waiting area is one that I don’t mind sitting and waiting in. This place is a gem. 10/10. Highly recommend. Graeves Automotive consistently delivers top-tier service, and my favorite aspect is the unwavering trust I place in them. I can rely on them to handle any car issue that comes my way, and that’s unmatched in my experience. The waiting area is also a pleasant place to sit and wait, making it a convenient and enjoyable experience. Comment : Always an excellent experience with Graeves. My husband and I have been customers here for over 20 years and now my sister and brother in law come here for honest quality work. I always feel welcome and at ease that I will be treated kindly. Bobby & Kyle recently trouble shooted and replaced my headlights to a safe standard. We feel like part of the Graeves family. We also enjoy receiving the annual staff Holiday card! Oh and they have a great rewards program. Thanks again Graeves!

Comment : The best! They pulled a nail from my girlfriend’s tire for free. We had work quoted at $2-4k from a dealer; they did it for under $500. Dropped my car off with a blown tire and promptly left for a two week vacation; got 4 new tires at a great price upon my return. It’s busy for a reason - everyone knows they treat you like family. The only place I will ever use for my cars in Olney.

Comment : I am happy to pile on here.... After an observant fellow driver rolled down their window at a stop light about 2 miles south of Olney to alert me that my rear drivers side tire looked almost flat, I pulled over and confirmed that it had about 3 lbs. of air. I was on my way from Silver Spring to Westminster on a rainy afternoon, so I checked on-line, spotted Graeves and stopped in.
Almost all the bays were full but I was in and out within 20 minutes with a tire plug replacing the small nail. I also noted for the first time that my right rear brake lights were not functioning. They also checked that out and reported that it was not the bulb but the mechanism into which it was screwed that needed replacing. They didn't have it in stock but reminded me that it needed attention when I got home. When I went into pay for these services, they told me it was gratis, which seemed too got to be true. But it was.
After tipping the gentlemen who worked on my car I continued north on Route 97, called my wife to alert her of my exoerience and promised her that I would follow up with a google review. Here it is... Much appreciated great customer service!
