Comment : This will be my new go-to spot! Fantastic customer service. Plugged my tire and didn’t charge me for it. Great communication, went out of their way to make sure they had a tire for me if needed even before I got there. Very fast turnaround once they started working on my car. I drive a ton for work so knowing they can fix things quickly and get the job done right (and at a reasonable cost!) is clutch.

Comment : Now this is the way a auto service business should run! Not only are they friendly & honest, their prices are way better than all of the over priced car dealers! The service on my Rav4, which was performed perfectly, was $120 cheaper than the dealer where I bought the car...almost half price! AND...they finished 2 hours earlier than expected! Awesome.
Way to go Graeves! That's how you get & keep a satisfied customer! Thank you Scott, & all of the great folks @ Graeves Auto in Olney.

They called me when the car was ready to get picked up and they told me the service was complimentary. Would highly recommend this place and make them my shop moving forward. Thank you!

Comment : I took my first motorcycle there for inspection with a friend and it was fast and easy and the inspector was an awesome dude. Recently brought my 2nd bike for inspection and it was again quick and easy and hassle free. I love their own water bottles too

Comment : Walked-in…initially told me it was going to be a bit over an hour wait but I was in and out in 30-35 minutes. Found the nail in my tire, patched it up and owner didn’t charge me a thing!! made my day…20/10
