Comment : If there were a way to give -5 stars, this place deserves it. I made an appointment a week in advance, showed up on time, and they had absolutely no clue what was going on. After waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled time, I was treated with complete disrespect. The staff here act like they don’t care about customers at all — lazy, unprofessional, and completely disorganized. It’s like a circus being run by people who have no business managing a service shop. Don’t waste your time or money — avoid this place at all c

Comment : This location used to be really good but a lot of the employees have changed. The last few times ive been in i have had to wait 2 to 3 times as long for an oil change than the time they initially tell me. This will be my last time using goodyear for services for my car.
