Comment : UPDATE:Manager called me at 8am on Saturday to talk to me about this review. He informed me that the misdiagnoses issue was before any of his staff or himself worked at this branch so know that they have a staff that he is confident wouldn't have had this issue. He apologized for any issues and miscommunications but made it clear pricing is set by corporate and outside of his control. He genuinely seemed to care about upholding a good reputation for his branch and I respect his desire to reach out and rectify any problems. I will change my review from a 1 star to a 3 star to reflect my appreciation for the manager trying to make this right, but know that pricing may still be high due to corporate standards and that all weather tires do not mean all weather.I'm typically not one to leave bad reviews, but I have had two separate bad experiences with Goodyear in Stow and will never return and recommend you seek out a local shop for your auto needs. Firstly, they misdiagnosed my car saying it would need a new transmission (which would have totaled my car), but instead after getting a second opinion it just needed less than $100 of electrical work.Secondly my wife purchased "all weather" tires, which have been terrible in the snow. When we asked about this, we were told "all weather" does not include snow. The listing for these tires online specifically mentions it handles great in slush and snow, but they told me differently in person. Lastly, they quoted us over $250 more than a local mechanic for a ball joint replacement. Comment : I went into the Goodyear store on Kent Road in Stow Ohio because I need a tire repaired after it was already fixed at another location. they told me what the problem was and gave me some options I dont like buying just one tire and was close to needing all four tires replace anyway so went ahead and replaced all four tires with the Assurrance comfort ride and those tires are absolutely wonderful!! The guys at that Stow store were GREAT had to go to Macedonia store to pick up the tires which they did quickly and helped me get the best price and they quickly mounted and balanced the tires and I was able to make my 12:00 noon appointment. Comment : I don???t know if I have extremely bad luck or what but I???ve had the appointments I???ve called and made were not booked, twice. I wrote off the first one as an oops but when you live 25 mins away it???s very frustrating to either have to wait an additional hour+ or drive back another day. Can???t just go somewhere else without repaying for the service so I have no choice but to do either option. Comment : Beware!!! These people are crooks. I went in to replace brake pads, and they took 3 hours just to do a brake inspection. After 3 hours of waiting, they came back to tell me that my calipers had seized and that I would need to replace them. To make sure I don t drive anywhere else, they said that the vehicle was unsafe to drive in a bid to make me have them do it. A routine brake pad and rotor replacement which would cost around 500 became a 1800 dollar problem. I took it to 2 other shops to have it inspected and they all told me that the calipers were working perfectly fine. They will lie straight to your face to make you spend money there. It was the manager that lied to me on Thursday July 18 2024. I hope you are proud of yourself you human piece of debris.

Comment : They never told us our vehicle was done. They gave us the wrong paper work and over charged us. The wrong paperwork has someone else's name/phone number/address/Vin number/car make and model. This is highly irresponsible and down right unacceptable.
