Comment : I had an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early, only to be told at 9 AM that they were already running 30 minutes behind. Isn’t that a little too early in the day to be behind schedule? Maybe someone should consider washing their face before showing up to work.

Comment : $750 quote on phone for a new throttle body that inflated to $850 when i came in. I had to remind them of the original price and they brought it back down. 2 days later the issue persisted and I bring it in to get it looked at again, to which they said it'll be $175 for a new pedal, and that they would order the part directly from the dealer. An hour and a half later I'm ignored by 2 people and finally just asked the third person if they ordered the parts yet and they said no, so i just asked for the keys back. Comment : I used to work at a corporate owned Goodyear store many years ago. There are a lot of benefits by going to an official Goodyear Auto Service center, like this one in Cuyahoga Falls. I no longer live in this area so I went to my local Goodyear store and was not impressed. I went to a dealer in town and they were confident they could get my Goodyear tires I needed. Of course, they couldn't. Called up this store and spoke to their manager, Bob. He was able to get the tires I needed in next day! He also made sure they were set aside for me and not sold to someone else. Comment : I was leaving for Florida the next morning and my guy Bob took such good care. He couldn t have been more accommodating and helpful. Had to get whole new tire (not the result we were looking for) but he got it in a timely manner and had me on my way. Dang Akron roads got me!
