Comment : I used to work at a corporate owned Goodyear store many years ago. There are a lot of benefits by going to an official Goodyear Auto Service center, like this one in Cuyahoga Falls. I no longer live in this area so I went to my local Goodyear store and was not impressed. I went to a dealer in town and they were confident they could get my Goodyear tires I needed. Of course, they couldn't. Called up this store and spoke to their manager, Bob. He was able to get the tires I needed in next day! He also made sure they were set aside for me and not sold to someone else. Corporate also was great in assisting me with these hard to get tires.TL;DR - call this store FIRST before you waste your time or energy elsewhere.I used to work at a corporate owned Goodyear store many years ago. Comment : I was leaving for Florida the next morning and my guy Bob took such good care. He couldn t have been more accommodating and helpful. Had to get whole new tire (not the result we were looking for) but he got it in a timely manner and had me on my way. Dang Akron roads got me!

Comment : Bob was amazing, it was great/fast service and when I came in the next day to get my tires checked again they helped me with resetting my system. This location went above and beyond!
