Each time I schedule an appointment, without fail, I receive a call about four hours later with some excuse that seems completely fabricated. They always tell me that the technician will be leaving at 5 PM, and as long as I arrive by 3:30 or 4 PM, everything should be fine. So, I make it a point to get there by 3:45 PM, walk through the door, and inform them of my arrival. To my dismay, the technician then claims he thought I was supposed to call him. This is incredibly frustrating because that is not what the message I received indicated at all. He then disappears into the back, presumably to check if he can assist me, but he reemerges almost immediately, stating that he is too busy with another job to help me.This entire situation is bewildering, and it's clear that there is a severe lack of communication within their team. It's incredibly unprofessional to provide customers with conflicting information. I even have the voicemail as evidence to back up my claims. It???s disheartening to deal with such disorganization, and I hope they can get their story straight before misleading their customers again. Why even make an appointment on line because they will just call you and come up with some excuse if you are open till 6 then everyone should be there till 6 because it let me make an appointment..I have had the most frustrating experience at this establishment, which I can confidently say has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The only place in town where we were directly serviced. Super fast, super friendly. And on top of that good coffee! If it weren't for a flat tire and the fact that we are only here for vacation, we would happily return here. 1 Reviews Lucas zendano TONAWANDA, NY Reviewed : 07/13/2024 Comment : I had a quick visit to have a tire retorqued after having a slow air leak repaired & tire balancing performed at another auto shop location. Satisfied with the outcome and staff is courteous. Please consider giving them a chance for your automotive needs! 1 Reviews Joe beiter TONAWANDA, NY Reviewed : 07/09/2024 Comment : 1 Reviews Myra fernandez TONAWANDA, NY Reviewed : 06/07/2024 Comment : They were great. Have been a customer here many years but no longer with this policy! Made an appointment with a shop that gave me a free estimate and will be doing the repair ! 1 Reviews Tanisha p TONAWANDA, NY Reviewed : 02/03/2024 Comment : Thank You to Andrew. Very informative and helpful with reccomendations. Very friendly staff as well. 1 Reviews Kevin walsh TONAWANDA, NY Reviewed : 12/18/2023 Comment : Beware. They do not provide the free tire rotation for which they invoice customers. I brought my car in for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Prior to bringing it in, I marked my tires inside and outside. I went in , paid, looked at the invoice, which specified a tire rotation was performed and the tread depth of each tire was 9/32, which was expected as the tires have less than 5000 miles on them. (See photos).Upon picking up my car I noticed the outside markings were all wiped off, although still partially visible, and my tires weren't rotated. Went back in and the guy at the desk pulled out a hand written checklist and noted that the tread depth of of my front tires was actually 10/32 so the better tires were left on the front. Incidentally, he never mentioned that my tires were not rotated during the checkout process.. Its generally recognized that the better tires should be on the back (how does a tire company not know this?) The guy also had no answer as to why my invoice specified a tread depth of 9/32 on each tire if intact the front were 10/32. The discrepancies in tread depth measurements makes me think they dont know how to do them, and wiping the markings off my tires and falsely specifying a tire rotation on the invoice seems indicative of a conscious effort to conceal the fact that the tires were not rotated. And now I'm left wondering if I actually got the synthetic oil I paid for... 1 Reviews Kevin w. TONAWANDA, NY Reviewed : 12/18/2023 Comment : Beware.
