Comment : So, I had the distinct pleasure of having been served via belts, brakes and filter check - stellar service and met Joe. More recently, he helped with letting me know initial work needed after my recent oil change and the loud sounds, but here???s what I found uniquely appealing about Joe. He gave me a quote of 2800+ and then called me back with something that changed my entire day and my perspective as well. He instructed that I go to another place that specialized in some of what was needed and would save time and money! Say what? You???re sending me elsewhere? Yep and with $1200 saved, I am leaving his business with much gratitude for the whole ordeal but especially for JOE! Joe, thanks for going above and beyond in putting the customer first! Comment : Both phone and in-store staff were kind and helpful. My technician was knowledgeable and friendly. I take no issue with staff. It is however clear that corporate practice is deceptive. I was quoted a price for an oil change on the phone based on my make and model, and offered a discount of around 20%. The rep took all my information and scheduled an appointment immediately. I took my car in, found the office staff were unaware of the phone call, again took my information, and honored the 20% discount without concern. Strange, but not a big deal.But when the actual bill came, it listed additional charges for additional quantities of oil they hadn't anticipated. This is, of course, absurd. Both phone and in store staff took my make and model, and oil quantities are standard to engines. I drive a mass market vehicle, nothing strange about it. I checked and the oil charged was not transmission or any other top-off fluid. It was just an added charge for the sake of charging.I have NO issues paying what something costs. I have a huge issue with practices like these, even in small amounts. It's disrespectful and even contemptuous of customers. I won't be returning and I will certainly council others against a Goodyear visit. Who knows what other deceits they regularly profit from? Comment : I always trust Goodyear with my car. I have been going to them for over 10 years. The staff and management at this location are knowledgeable and friendly. It means a lot that the manager is female. Their are other car places that try and take advantage of female clients, but not them.

Comment : I am so very grateful for the help I received today from Joe and Selina. They really helped me out. I ran a piece of metal over in the road and it got stuck in my tire. I was losing air quickly and I live hours away. I was so thankful they were able to get me in right away and fixed it. They both were so nice and friendly and it just made my day. I cant thank them enough for their help and kindness.I am so very grateful for the help I received today from Joe and Selina. They really helped me out.
