Comment : Had them mount two new summers and two half-life summers. I figured they would know to put the new in the front, they put them in the rear. Had them also do an alignment, the alignment was good and drives straight. I would have preferred the new tires upfront, my fault for not specifying. Requested old tires be placed In the back seat in bags, were not placed in bags and ended up with tire goo on my back seats. They also left the plastic seat cover in the car. Tire pressures not set correct either, all tires sat between 32-35 psi. This is poor service and a lack of professionalism. The end of shift service advisor, very polite and professional. Early afternoon, couldn’t care less. Sadly I will not be returning and advise others to find another shop unless it’s your only option.

Comment : Tim and his crew are fantastic. We were in town to visit family for Christmas when my truck broke down. Knowing i was from out of town they went out of their way to help me. There service and kindness is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend, They are great people.

Comment : I needed an emergency look at my tires before leaving for a road trip and the manager got me in the next morning and checked my tires and gave me the all clear to go on my trip! He had me in the shop and out as fast as possible and I felt safe knowing that my tires were good to travel on with my children!

Comment : Made a 3pm appointment to have a slow leak fixed. 2 1/2 hours later the truck was done. 2 1/2 hours to fix a slow leak! Was told that it takes time to find the leak - Sean had already found the piece of metal in the tire while the truck was in the parking lot and marked it! Supposedly repaired, I drove 1 mile from the store, low pressure light came on. Back to the store. Was told by Pauline that it takes time for it to reset- just drive. Never checked to see if tire was holding air. After the 12 mile drive to get home, the tire pressure was down to 10 pounds.
