Comment : Tim and his crew are fantastic. We were in town to visit family for Christmas when my truck broke down. Knowing i was from out of town they went out of their way to help me. There service and kindness is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend, They are great people.

Comment : I needed an emergency look at my tires before leaving for a road trip and the manager got me in the next morning and checked my tires and gave me the all clear to go on my trip! He had me in the shop and out as fast as possible and I felt safe knowing that my tires were good to travel on with my children!

Comment : Made a 3pm appointment to have a slow leak fixed. 2 1/2 hours later the truck was done. 2 1/2 hours to fix a slow leak! Was told that it takes time to find the leak - Sean had already found the piece of metal in the tire while the truck was in the parking lot and marked it! Supposedly repaired, I drove 1 mile from the store, low pressure light came on. Back to the store. Was told by Pauline that it takes time for it to reset- just drive. Never checked to see if tire was holding air. After the 12 mile drive to get home, the tire pressure was down to 10 pounds. Comment : Tonight I came out of work to a flat tire, in a panic with how busy my schedule is the next few days I had no idea how Id have time to get it fixed. By the time I got the spare on it was about 6:30 pm, i saw that the goodyear in EA was open till 7, although I hate being the person coming in last minute, I drove over. Getting there about 6:40-6:45 ish. James was working at the time and when I told him the situation he got me in right away and fixed my tire, he ended up staying after the time of closing and I really appreciate that. He also was very kind and quick to help. Definitely a great employee and really saved me tonight!
