Comment : This location sucks. Made an appointment, dropped off my car. Fast forward two days without hearing anything I called about it and they forgot about my appointment, wondering why my car was there and they also lost my keys from the dropbox somehow. Clearly the employees or technicians cant run the place if Jim isnt there. My advice, go to monroe next door. Comment : I have a company fleet vehicle and Goodyear is one of the many approved service company's I can choose from. I have been taking my company vehicles to this Hamburg location for years; they have always gone above and beyond to make sure my truck is ready for me. They have even taken the time to wright emails to the fleet service to upgrade my tires form the low end standard approved tires to the more aggressive tires. Great customer service and technicians! Comment : I booked my appointment online for first thing in the day. They took me right away told me it would take about two hours, and I was out of there an hour and five minutes and paid a few less dollars than was originally quoted. Bradley was friendly and helpful and I look forward to returning.

Comment : $120 in labor to replace the engine and cabin filters. I declined and did it myself in about 20 min. That would amount to $360 per hour for labor.
