Coming from Toronto, I had an emergency with my car and thankfully I was able to get to GoodYear where they filled my oil up and assessed my car to ensure it can still be driven. I wouldn t have been able to make it back home without them and their service is much appreciated! Great experience

Comment : They were able to fix my car by tightening the strut bolts inside the engine. All the noises went away. Had I gone to Nissan they would have told me I need new struts, ball joints or tie rods. Nissan service is a 1. Good year is a 10***. Also consumer rated them in the top 3 other than an independent auto shop. I m always so happy.

Comment : It is with regret that I am even posting this. After so many years with Goodyear Tire on Military Road I am saddened to inform everyone of my unprofessional experience at this location. Jeff is no longer the Store Manager at this location and the store has changed drastically. The man built this store up after many years with alot of hard work to only deal with newer staff that don't care. I don't feel welcome there anymore. To ask to have my oil checked is a major dilemma for these guys. I get yelled at and negative remarks directed to me. They just don't care. After so many years of going there it's time to find a different business that portrays professionalism. Wiping oil on your pants from a dipstick is gross. Do better and show professionalism. You charge top rate for service and show negativity. Guess what? You don't care and neither do I.

Comment : Ordered tires through store website, chose tires and was given out the door quote online. Scheduled appointment, unfortunately tires ordered needed one day to arrive. Was called by the store and rescheduled the following day at 8am. Must say these guys were amazing, top notch honest. Couldn't do alignment as needed an outer tie rod. They charged me exactly what was quoted. Great product, great team I will buy tires there again for sure. Way to go guys keep it up.

Comment : Went in for an oil change, they first tried to charge me over $500 for one brake pad, said no to that obviously. Then my warning light has been on since I left the lot. I call them back and they actually said ???you probably ran over a nail in our parking lot on your way out. Not our fault.??? I said ???no my tires aren???t losing pressure.??? His response? ???Weather change.??? Ummmm pretty sure the winter weather in Buffalo didn???t change in the in the two hours I sat there waiting. It???s always freezing. It was when I went in, it was when I went out. Never visit. Please please please listen to me.
