Comment : We have been a customer of Goodyear for years! Numerous vehicles have been tended to for both routine maintenance and other issues. Have never left there unhappy. Any questions...answered, any concerns...clarified. We will continue to be a customer of theirs for years to come!

Comment : My wife went there today 11/4 to have headlights changed because one had blown and figured if one goes likely the other is not far behind !! They charged her now mind you I had already paid for the bulbs at autozone they charged her 130 dollars to install them !!!! These bulbs can be accessed thru the fender well there is an access panel and you can reach in to the bulb cover then replace .. very dissatisfied customerI am down dealing with a sickness now so I could not do them but thinking there are some descent buisnesses in this world would not take advantage of a woman needing a hand .. To top it off I called two other Buisnesses in the same town and both quoted me roughly 50 dollars to do the job ..what makes the so called mechanics at Goodyear worth 195 an hourRidiculous I will never return for anything and anyone I can reach via social media or word of mouth I will not have a good word to say about this businessMy wife went there today 11/4 to have headlights changed because one had blown and figured if one goes likely the other is not far behind !! Comment : I???ve been using Goodyear since the 80???s for service and tires. I???ve spent thousands of dollars. December 2022 I paid $325 to replace the right front hub assembly on my Silverado. Today I paid $738 for the same on the left front. The staff there is courteous and professional, but pricing comes from corporate. This increase cannot be explained as inflationary ??? its gouging, plain and simple. I will not be back.I???ve been using Goodyear since the 80???s for service and tires. Comment : The "Lo Tire" light on my vehicle came on Friday night and I was concerned because I had to take a road trip Saturday night and the it's been snowing all morning. I found the shop online and saw it's open all day Saturday. I called and the sales person said I could bring my car in and not have to make an appointment. The service was quick and friendly(I even got a courtesy shuttle back and forth to my house). The service was done in less time than was quoted and cheaper than I expected. I'll definitely be going there again.

Comment : Left my vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation, and NYS inspection on Thursday morning. I said I was able to pick it up as late as Friday evening if needed. I had it back Thursday before dinner. I worked primarily with Mike, Tyler was the tech. Needed new wiper blades and Mike was transparent with prices and options. I???ve been using this place for over a year with multiple vehicles and have only good things to say.
