Comment : I went into Goodyear because I was told my another mechanic that Goodyear did not install my breaks system correctly and suggested that I go back and make them fix it. When I took it to Goodyear the manager was visibly angry that I was there. As I was checking in he was slamming things and yelling passive aggressive comments about "the coffee is free, it doesn't cost you anything like other places" He then took me into the garage constantly making passive aggressive comments clearly angry that I was there. He then asked me to point out what the other mechanic told me and he just kept yelling at me and walking around knocking me into machines while his 2 other mechanics were around me trying to intimidate me. After the constant barrage I finally told him that I had enough and to to put my tires back on my truck. He was still ranting so l had to say it again more forcefully. He then went ballistic screaming at me waving a tool in the air like he was going to hit me with it. He charged at me, got in my face forcing me to step back and trip on the lift and equipment in the garage (I could have been seriously hurt). I then left the garage and went into the waiting room where other customers were there listening. He was still screaming I went outside to get away and could still hear him screaming for another 10 minutes. It was so loud that workers at valvoline next door actually walked over to see what was going on. It was extremely unprofessional, uncomfortable, and unnecessary and I will never buy anything with the name Goodyear on it again!

Comment : Josh is absolutely amazing! He is super helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend coming to Goodyear to anyone they are all wonderful, professional, and extremely kind. Josh has helped myself my brother and parents with our cars and never had any complaints, he goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy.
