Comment : Our family brought two vehicles to this location. to have them serviced over the past week. One of the vehicles did not get any of the tires checked for air pressure. All tires were low and one was down to 16 pounds the very next morning. The other vehicle did not get the maintenance light turned off after the service was done. These are only things that we witnessed directly. It doesn t give a lot of confidence into the things that they may or may not be doing that you cannot see as part of the service. My wife called the manager and did not get a very proactive response towards any of this. If you re going to use this location, I would be very proactive about what you are asking them to do and making sure that they actually do it.Our family brought two vehicles to this location. to have them serviced over the past week. Comment : Bought the tire online. I dropped the car off said everything will be all good and done by the end of the day. Get a call an hour later with attitude claiming the tire i ordered isn???t in stock. Why take my car and money if the tire isn???t in stock and I can???t get it changed?I asked what tire is in stock for my car. Said I would have to go and do this myself on the website. Terrible communication skills and lack of respect towards customers.I had to pay extra for another type of tire in stock and on top of it they still haven???t issued me a refund for the first tire I paid for in the first place. Comment : No Stars for this place. I went in to see why my air wasn???t cooling. Salesman Shawn signed me up to get checked out. 30 min later he comes in tells me his mechanic says bad news you need new A/C system.Get that replaced and you will be blowing cold his words After spending 1600.00 5 hrs later I get my Vehicle back and it???s not cold. I bring it back. To see why Shawn that had waited on me ignores me and does not say one word even when trying to engage.. That was a red flag to me right there. was dealing with a very cocky kid working the desk with very poor PR skills so an hour later he comes out and tells me unfortunately it was my evaporator core and they couldn???t even do it.that was gonna cost Over $1800 most likely. recommend nobody take their vehicles this place for anything.from where I sit they are dishonest and a scam and short a rip off. Comment : Would give zero stars, if I could. Been a customer of this location for years, not always the best service but it's convenient. Bought a new set of tires here for my truck in 2021. I recently had my truck serviced at another location and was told the tires were manufactured in 2018. So the "brand new" tires I purchased in 2021 were actually three years old when they were installed. Most auto shops won't repair a punctured tire if it's more than 5 years old. When I brought this to management's attention, Goodyear @ Seigen refused to do anything about it.Would give zero stars, if I could. Comment : I have been going to Goodyear on Siegan for years. Today was the first good experience. The young lady working the customer service desk did a phenomenal job. Please let her know she's a valuable employee. Excellent customer experience. I will recommend this location.

Comment : Technician (Moe) only told the adjuster that the power steering motor was burnt up but didn t demonstrate to the claim adjuster that my power steering wasn t working. My truck was hooked to the machine no nodes found. Claim denied, and it s very obvious that my power steering isn t working and no code was thrown when it went out. Truck not fixed. Would not recommend this Goodyear location to anyone with a warranty that requires an adjuster to come out.
