Comment : I got my tires from Amazon. Amazon delivered them here. Amazon set my appointment to have the 4 tires put on. The lady. I think Trish. She was very friendly and helpful.She worked by herself. She did amazing job. The tires did take a little longer than I thought to be put on. But the whole experience was great. Great service

Comment : cannot comment on service as they never gave me any. There's no place to park in their parking lot or on the street. You walk in and they just tell you to wait and they don't care. Employees are completely unhelpful and appear to want to be anywhere else but there

Comment : Absolute worst experience I’ve ever encountered with tire shop. Called to see if they could get us in quick and they said we could have a 10:00 am appointment. We accepted. At 10:40, we were still waiting, so I asked for an update. They said very rudely and without looking up at us “we request two hour timeframes for appointments”. That was never said before and would have been nice to know. The rest of our customer experience with this location went about the same, met with the same rudeness from all of the counter staff. Would not recommend.

Comment : Had a rental car in the left tires had 10 pounds more than the right tires. So I went to the Goodyear and asked them if they could fix that for me and they said of course we can and they did and I was thankful.

Comment : I scheduled a tire rotation and when I got inside it looks like they were waiting for me,YES-unreal!
normally it never happens so I appreciate that a lot because I have learned that it never happens this way,Rick was doing a great job as always,I know him for really long time and I was happy to see him again.

Comment : I heard the upsetting news that Janelle is no longer an employee here. I found out that her manager Trisha wrongfully terminated her with no cause after she put in her 2 weeks notice. It's strange timing as she was telling me she was leaving to go back to her old employer because she was being treated horribly by her manager at Goodyear. Janelle has helped me several times. She has great knowledge of products and service with outstanding customer service. In my eyes the first time I met her I thought she was the manager. Such a great asset to this company. Sadly, poor management and harassment led her to leave this establishment. Shame on you Trisha for not being professional. I will be sharing this news with all my friends and family who are current customers there. Janelle deserved better!
