Comment : They took the car in shortly after I arrived, the work (alignment of the front wheels) was done quickly and they let me know the back tires were starting to "feather", whatever that means. I'll Google it.

Comment : I am a regular at Goodyear and love the service I receive from Employees. I do have some concerns. it's been about 6 months or longer since this store has had a working AC. The building is extremely hot and uncomfortable. They have a few portable AC units but it's not enough. I feel bad for the employees, having to work in this hot environment is unacceptable. Management says "It's in the works" but doesn't seem to be making this a priority. As a customer I have to wait outside because it's so hot. I don't know how the employees do it. The Service is great! Heather and Janelle are awesome and are very positive with such a welcoming attitude. From what I see this is the busiest Goodyear I have been in and they keep up with the fast pace environment. I hope they take care of the AC as these employees deserve better. I will continue being a loyal customer as I have been for years.

Comment : The staff is wonderful. I have been going to Goodyear in kahului for decades. They are professional, consistent, reliable, helpful and kind. They go the extra step to take personal care of their customers. Our whole ohana on Maui uses Goodyear. I recommend Kahului Goodyear to everyone I know. Mahalo for all your staff & services.

Comment : After a disasters experience at a different shop last week, we were so happy to go to Goodyear today and have the safety done for my partner's car. We had an appointment and the car was looked at within about 20 minutes and the whole process took less than 45 minutes. They also added an air to our tires as a courtesy. The Service writer was very very helpful even helped us with some small IT problem we were having with our phone. I've had good experiences going there and I do recommend other people to go there for their fair prices and good service.
