Comment : Came here because I expected good service given 220 reviews and 4.5 stars. Quality of work is good, but customer experience is atrocious. I called and scheduled an appointment at 1 PM, arrived to find out that they had never scheduled my appointment. I then asked for an alignment and a balance of my tires, but when I came to pick up my vehicle, only an alignment had been done. On top of it the charge for an alignment was extremely expensive. Disappointing experience.

Comment : Scheduled an oil change online confirmed the appointment. Then 30 mins before I was supposed to be seen they called and said they were booked for the day and they would have to reschedule me. I scheduled the appointment for that because it was my only day and they made me waist my entire day off for nothing. The girl on phone was rude and acted like I was bothering her and that she did not have any time to deal with my appointment I went there before to have my tires worked and the same girl in front behind the computer gave me attitude again, she has the worst customer service skills I have ever been witness too if you deal with anyone else's there you might have a better experience. but because of her I will not go back unless I'm forced to

Comment : I brought my Ford Ranger in to have the clutch replaced. The job was completed on the same day, at the estimated price;$1,500 less than I was quoted by a Ford dealership!. It runs like a dream. Thank you everyone at Goodyear, you have a customer for life!

Comment : Do not take your car here for any maintenance! I recently brought in my Prius for an oil change and after the simple service my check engine light came on for MAP sensor only to find out that my air intake hose was purposely disconnected. Because I have no idea how cars work this would've potentially costed me way more money to fix if it wasn't for a good friend who went out of his way to check my car. Will not be coming back here ever again!

Comment : The team here is so gracious and proactive and keeps you informed. Always on point with price. I really appreciate they do everything with my car not just my tires! I’m recommending them to everyone based on my last five years relying on them!
