Comment : I want to add to this review that Goodyear has come through again. I am not surprised, Denise and all the staff were able to help me when I needed it. They are very good at what they do. The Best service. They are great. Everyone was so helpful. They were very thorough and kept track of my warranty and provided last minute service for me. They went above and beyond to make sure I got all the services I needed.

Comment : This is my go-to place for oil changes because they offer 3 different tiers for your vehicles individual needs. All offer a 21 point inspection and tire rotation. The service has gotten better, now that the one guy that was there at the desk seems to have left. I do recommend making an appointment as they get very busy and usually will get the service done pretty quickly. Way better than showing up at opening and just waiting for them to get to your vehicle.

Comment : We went for our yearly safety check. I had an 8 appointment but it didn't go to smoothly cause my insurance card wouldn't show up properly. But they were able to accommodate me once I got the card emailed to me. It was greatly appreciated! Thank!

Comment : Really a pleasant service experience. I ordered tires from Amazon and prepaid for a good year to install them. They did not try to upsell me when I got there. Work was done correctly and I asked them to do my safety which they also did I feel this place has been a good value for me when I've used them and I would use them again.

Comment : I got my tires from Amazon. Amazon delivered them here. Amazon set my appointment to have the 4 tires put on. The lady. I think Trish. She was very friendly and helpful.She worked by herself. She did amazing job. The tires did take a little longer than I thought to be put on. But the whole experience was great. Great service

Comment : Absolute worst experience I’ve ever encountered with tire shop. Called to see if they could get us in quick and they said we could have a 10:00 am appointment. We accepted. At 10:40, we were still waiting, so I asked for an update. They said very rudely and without looking up at us “we request two hour timeframes for appointments”. That was never said before and would have been nice to know. The rest of our customer experience with this location went about the same, met with the same rudeness from all of the counter staff. Would not recommend.

Comment : cannot comment on service as they never gave me any. There's no place to park in their parking lot or on the street. You walk in and they just tell you to wait and they don't care. Employees are completely unhelpful and appear to want to be anywhere else but there
