Comment : Terrible. Took 20 mins of me standing there to get ahold of the one guy behind the counter. I get told they have to charge a BS diagnostic fee even when I know exactly what the problem is. A lot of places will waive this BS fee if you get it repaired there, not here.All they had to do was replace a cheap little 3/8" hose. About a $25 part. Disconnect, remove, replace, reconnect, fill with coolant. I get charged the BS diagnostic fee and an hour of labor. To change a little hose. I would've done it myself if I could've got the hose quick enough. $300+ to change a little hose is ridiculous.Not just that. But the way they did it is horrible too. It was originally routed under the engine. They have it routed over the top. Ridiculous. Now if I wanna pull the airbox, I have to deal with that. Comment : I would most definitely recommend this place if you need work done on your car. This place is not like other car places where they'll try to get out on you, they are very respectful, and they are honest about everything. You also never have to wait months or days for an appointment you can either be seen that day or the next. Comment : I would advise against having your vehicle serviced at the Monroeville store. They are dishonest. I went for a simple alignment. The technician had my car on the rack less than 10 minutes. I asked Jim how could he align my car in a few minutes. He replied that the car was not out of alignment much and to keep driving around potholes. He asked if I wanted inspection, but I already had an appointment to have it done elsewhere. My car failed inspection due to a bad tire rod, which means they never aligned vehicle and charged me in full. I immediately returned and was given a refund. Beware of this service center.

Comment : Prices for top line was fare. Stock was low but the salesman that helped me knew I wasn't buying tires but graciously answered my questions. I will be visiting them this fall.
