Comment : A while back I had my truck to to this facility. They did a diagnostic on my truck and told me that I needed a new fuel pump. They quoted me roughly $1,900. I thought that might have been extremely high. So I called a friend that works for a well-known car dealership as a mechanic. So he referred me to his friend's garage. They quoted me $1,150. So I called goods back and said I would not be using them and they told me that they did some sort of bypass so the truck would run but they don't know how long it would run for. So what I want to pick it up that evening it moved about 7 ft and stopped. Had a towed from there to the new garage which is very reputable and honest. Next day I get a phone call and I'm told I have good news and bad news. The good news is you only owe me 20 bucks. The bad news is you were being scammed. All that was wrong with my truck is it was out of gasoline. There was nothing wrong with the fuel pump. Again all it needed was gasoline and these people tried to sell me a fuel pump please do not use this garage it is very dishonest.

Comment : First time using Good's, as I am new to the neighborhood. Brian Macsi the service manager was super nice, answering all my questions. They had a convenient drop your car off system, where they provides envelopes, pens etc, if you want to drop it off the night before.
You just fill out the info, put your keys and such in it, then into the door slot. After they assessed my car, they sent a detailed text msg, with pictures showing their recommended actions. You agree to the work, then they text you when done. Shop is just very organized, and fast. They even vacuumed the driver area of my car as a courtesy.

Comment : Easy to work with. Diagnostic advice is generally conservative, that is, erring on the side of preventive maintenance. However, because of this they bring up items that one might not think about, so good. Also good is that they will talk you through it and not be pushing you where you might not want to go .

Comment : Come here if you want to get price gouged! $1500 for rear brakes and rotors. One call made right up the road and receive a quote for under $600. Go anywhere but here and stop supporting local businesses that price gouge.In response to the General Manager, the person who quoted me, quoted $1750 for the state inspection AND no service was performed. So why don t you do YOUR job and get a grasp of what your business is doing and keep your false statements to yourself. Not only are you a price gouger but you confirmed you re also a liar.
