Comment : 2 to 3 weeks became almost 2 months. Ask if any parts you need are in back order. You need to keep calling them because their communication sucks. They will NOT call you. Also, some screws from my rear wheel well were missing, although the damage was in the front. To me, it looks like they removed them from the rear to put them on the front and they thought I wasn't going to notice. They didnt just magically disappear. Bad for business!!

Comment : AAA tow guy referred me to Nader. My car needed a new starter. Nader at Golden Auto was awesome and got the job done with reasonable rate and quick turnover - great communication. I'm so grateful they opened the gate for me over the weekend to leave my car. Everything from start to finish was quick and easy. Even had a good laugh in between. I would absolutely work w Nader again if ever I need work done on my car. Thank you!!

Comment : I am so grateful to of found a Quality prompt And trustworthy body shop on the westside , where I feel secure Leaving my vehicle and the service professional . Bruno and his team were able to accommodate my request of a complete paint job (interior and exterior) for my 1988 Jeep Wrangler not only was it done in about two weeks time, they made josefine my jeep Look absolutely stunning and seats and belts all were mounted expertly!! Thank You so much for a job well done we are ready for the summertime!!

My car had an ignition issue and stopped working. A AAA tow truck driver recommended this place, claiming it would be cheaper than a dealership, I trusted the suggestion and agreed.

They initially quoted me $600, which felt high but manageable. The next day, I got a text from Nader saying the repair would now be $1,150. When I called for an explanation, he casually said something along the lines of, “prices change from day to day in this economy.” That alone felt incredibly unprofessional and was infuriating to say the least.

I asked for a breakdown of the costs. He texted me random numbers to justify the $1,150:
$450 labor
$406 parts
$275 key programming(didn’t need at all)
…which still didn’t add up. It felt like they were just making up numbers to see what I’d agree to. Total red flag.
I declined the repair and had my car towed back home. After some online research, I found that the issue is very common on 2013 Jettas. I ordered the part and fixed the problem myself, with zero prior experience, $50 in parts, and an hour of labor. Hard to believe their $450 labor quote when someone with no experience did it in under an hour.
Their front desk shows labor at $188/hour, so at most this repair should have cost around $250 not $1,150.

This place is a total scam, dishonest, and shameful. I also question the AAA tow truck drivers recommending this shop. As I dropped off my car, two more AAA trucks pulled in with cars. It’s hard not to see a pattern here.

I’m glad I trusted my instincts and said NO.
If you're not sure what your car needs, get a second opinion. I called my dad, which I always do when I have car trouble, and he helped me realize that this was a total scam. Don’t let places like this take advantage of you.

I saved myself a $1,000 and unnecessary stress. I'm glad I trusted my gut and didn’t let this people pressure me into getting the repairs done.

Comment : Recommended! Great experience. A friend's detailer suggested we come here after damage to several panels and a handle on the right side of the car. Bruno quoted a fair price. Said would take 5-7 days. Dropped off on Monday mid morning, Bruno called to say would be ready today Saturday mid morning, so 5 days. Quality is great. Cannot see any sign of the damage and the paint color matching looks perfect. On top of that, very friendly service from Bruno to everyone else I met there. Thank you to all!
