Comment : Andrew responded to assist my son who had a flat tire on the side of the road at 10 pm through AAA. I spoke to him a couple of times throughout the process and he couldn’t have been more professional and an overall really nice guy. He let me know he’d make sure he was in a safe place and if not, would make sure he got to a safe area to fix the vehicle. He even showed my son the proper way to change a tire and called me when he was done to keep me apprised of the situation. Overall 100 out of 10 on the service scale.

Comment : Godshall's was dispatched to tow my car through AAA. They never showed at the estimated time 90 minutes later and never contacted me to say they wouldn't be able to do the tow job. AAA ended up sending to another towing company and what should have been a straightforward tow has turned into a 4+ hour experience.

Comment : While traveling over 400 miles from home, we got a flat tire near Quakertown, PA over a holiday weekend; the worst timing imaginable. AAA assigned me to Godshalls and told me it would be an hour. It was but AAA made a mistake with location. Andrew was my tow operator. He was very responsive and made it easy for us to connect using location pinning services. He was super friendly and kind and took great care with my car. He communicated everything clearly including additional costs involved. I rode with him in the truck to the tire store and he was friendly and chatty and I appreciated that . He was incredibly kind, helpful, and caring throughout the entire experience. You don't always expect this level of service and compassion when you're far from home, especially on a holiday weekend. Andrew is a true example of customer service done right. Highly recommend!

Comment : I absolutely love this shop. They've helped me out out of a hard spot twice now. The reason reasonable and I'm par with most shops in the area way cheaper than a dealer. The quality of work is higher than you'd get at a dealership. The only thing to remember is you have to keep in mind the small shops that do high quality work they can't turn around on a dime You've got to have an appointment or you might have to wait a few days, maybe longer. It's worth the wait. I've worked in the automotive industry in the past as a service manager. Godshalls is a shop you can trust and depend on.

Comment : Andrew from Godshall’s Towing & Recovery just happened to showed up when one of our guys had a blown tire—super helpful and professional. Took care of it quickly and gave a great price. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
