Comment : I?d give Glen?s automotive 10 stars if it were possible!

I could not be more thankful that our alternator died in Benton, KY and we found Glen?s Automotive!!

We were driving from memphis to Indianapolis with our three small children to spend Easter with family.

Even though it was a holiday weekend and Glen?s was closed, Anthony came in to repair our car! What a blessing! We could have been stuck on a hotel all weekend but instead are on our way to see family!

So many thanks to Anthony and everyone at Glens for such amazing customer service !

Benton is a lucky community to have such a caring and professional business in its community!

Comment : We broke down on Easter weekend late on a Friday. They went above and beyond to locate the part that we needed and they stayed late on a Friday night to get most of the work done. They were able to wrap it up early on Saturday morning (they were closed for Easter weekend by the way and came in just to finish our car up so we could get back on the road). Incredible service super nice and helpful people. Thank you so much.

Comment : Don't let your Mom or Mother-in-law take her car here. They'll find every reason to delay the repair then when they finish one job there is suddenly one more repaire that needs to be done. They called and told my mother in law "Your wheel bearing is about to fall off" but somehow already had the car back together and ready for pick up. You already had that wheel off. Why put the wheel back on if you are needing to replace a wheel bearing? So you can charge more or do you like doing work twice? Then How dramatic of a statement to make just so you can try to upsale a woman you think won't know any better. But then when I call its suddenly not enough of an issue to argue with me over and the cars ready for pick up. Key was already at the service counter and truck parked. That's some pretty shady business.

Comment : The service I received was exceptional. My truck was towed to their shop at an extremely reasonable price. On top of this, they replaced my throttle body, patched a tire, and got the oil changed that same Day. I felt the pricing was fair and transparent.

I tried to call three separate towing companies to pick my truck up and they would not even attempt to come get it. Don?t waste your time calling other places, This is who I will use in the future

Comment : I would give zero stars if I could. The staff is rude, customer service is worse, they wouldn't honor the warranty on a bad battery said it was fine. Not sure how this is possible since I took the battery to two different places with same results bad battery. Don't waste your time or money on this place. They are awful
