Comment : I primarily spoke with Jason but the overall experience was very positive - from intake of the vehicle (conveniently provide overnight drop off which was needed for my situation), to Jason providing multiple updates of my service, and just overall knowledge of the service members. I will come back.

Comment : My first experience, but I came in to bring my Escalade that needed an inlet & outlet heater hose replacement, they were charging me roughly $1500... They kept stressing that they were OEM parts so that's why the price was that much, also they needed my car in the shop for about 5 to 6 days til it was ready. I came to get the parts myself OEM for around $350 total including the thermostat... Did the job myself in around 2 hours. Not sure why they needed to keep my car for that long and outrageous pricing for something so simple.

Comment : Great customer service, knowledgeable technicians Great place ! This shop is just a straight shooter no lies or communication problems . Can’t beat the customer service. They may not be the cheapest around,but you won’t beat the quality of knowledge and care for vehicles.

Comment : I understand why Glenn's Auto Service has so many 5 star reviews! I was involved in a car accident last year and it took 4 1/2 months to get my car back (from another shop). I was a bit traumatized! My car has had low power for the past 4 months. I took it into Glenn's Auto Service. Jason recommended that I take it to the dealership to do the repairs since it was probably covered under the warranty. I spoke with the dealer and they informed me there were multiple ways to void the warranty and I wouldn't know until I got there if that was the case. I told Jason that I would rather have the work done here. He sent me a message later that day with the specific findings of there research. I told them to begin the work. I was anticipating it taking at least a couple days and possibly a week or more. He called me the same day informing me that they were done. The shop got the work done faster than anticipated and less than the original quote! My car drives like a dream again! I cannot thank Jason and his staff enough for the awesome work! They have a customer for life!

Comment : This is my go-to for vehicle maintenance. They inspire trust. You get a team of highly knowledgeable mechanics who will even do off-the-menu stuff like installing car bras. Jason will assist with a great attitude and professionalism; Mike will oversee the team of mechanics, checking every detail. I've been here many times and they do exactly what you want. They'll find every single thing that is due or is currently leaking, etc. on your car but there's no hard sell. You get the list and decide. I always ask Jason if he would take care of whatever it is on his own vehicle and he gives me an honest answer as to whether/when. Ok, so they're not the cheapest but they get that this is your precious ride and they treat it as such.
