Comment : Took my car for an inspection to see what else it needs done and Jason was very straight forward and helpful during the conversation before and after the estimate. They were very thorough and made a list of items based on importance to fix my car. Gave me ranges in price depending on what i wanted done. Came back to pick up my car, it was done ahead of time with the water pump and serpentine belt changed. They took great care of it and fixed the problems I paid for. Mike was very nice and helpful as well. I will be returning to this shop.

Comment : I've taken my older car in to Glenn's for maintenance and repairs a few times over the past several years and am always more than satisfied with the reliability and quality of work done, level of communication, and reasonable prices. I don't feel like I've been worked over or paid for unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend!

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : We recently had motor mounts replaced on a vehicle, and I can confidently say the experience was outstanding. This was actually a sublet repair from our shop ? and in this industry, taking care of each other matters. You have to know who you can trust and depend on when you send work out, and they absolutely delivered.

The quality of the repair was top tier. The vehicle came back smooth, solid, and driving like it should. Communication was clear, turnaround time was professional, and the workmanship spoke for itself.

You truly get what you pay for. Cheap work is expensive in the long run, especially in this business. I would always pay more for top-grade service and the peace of mind that comes with knowing the job was done right the first time.
