Comment : Service was professional. I appreciate the communication from staff.

Comment : The service was good. I don't like the fact that you have to have a appointment to get work done the same day especially if it just for a oil change. And if it's anything else you have to leave the car for a day. I only have one day a week off from work so I am stuck losing a day without pay if I leave my car.

Comment : Service advisors recognized me and greeted me with a friendly welcome. They processed my vehicle. Got it in and completed the service within just a few hours.

Comment : Didn't check tire pressure, didn't refill washer fluid even though it was empty and refused to rotate my tires, claimed that because 1 edge of 1 of the front tires was 3mm they can't.

Comment : Our car is just over a year old and the battery has died twice. The first time the service department charged it (which had been done by AAA) and considered it a fluke. My husband didn't trust the battery (only a year old) and so he replaced it. A month later the battery died again to the point where the key fob wouldn't unlock the doors. After having it a full day and doing nothing with it (it would be nice to know that an appointment meant they had time to work on the vehicle so our family isn't without transportation for no reason), I brought it home then returned it the next week. After looking at it, they said the dealer who sold it to us had put an alarm on it and they THINK that's what's draining the battery and wanted to charge me $240 to remove the alarm (that was on it when I bought it). We bought the extended warranty and the car is only a year old. Whatever electrical problems it's having should be covered by the warranty. I'm frustrated that after two days without a car I now need to bring it to the farther dealer for them to go through the process again and that I'll be without a car that fits my family. I get that each dealer has a different owner, but Chevy should be paying for whatever needs to be done to fix the issue out of the warranty money we paid.

Comment : I asked that a brake inspection be done. When I went to pay for my oil change I asked about the brakes. The representative started to look through his paperwork and did not find the brake inspection result. I asked did they inspect the brakes he said Yes but because it was over 50% they will not note that. Sounds strange to me. I also asked for a tire rotation and I did not receive any paperwork that stated tires were rotated. Not a good thing will. It go back to Glendora Chev. Again.
