Comment : Good for kind Agent, clean car. However don't know why both batteries were dead or drains so quickly even very low miles, and so expensive. From the beginning this car seemed to have a defective battery. Towed this car several times already with battery problem. Even had it towed, they didn't find the problem. I regret not raising the issue of defective battery back then. This time at first couldn't catch problems, then said my car needed a new battery, and later finally said needed two batteries. I checked battery warranty, and it turned out my car already 3 months past its 72 months warrenty. I was so frustrated.
