Comment : Had an amazing experience buying our truck?Pou was an incredible salesman who treated my family with respect and made the whole process smooth. He was very honest and upfront about pricing, which we really appreciated. The service manager, Eder, also went above and beyond to make sure the truck was in perfect condition after a small leak had to be fixed. You can tell this team truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend for anyone looking for honest, transparent pricing and top-quality service.

Comment : I had a very disappointing experience with the Jeep dealer in Glendale. I was looking to buy out my lease and was told by a sales manager, that I could not work directly with Chrysler Capital and that Chrysler would not allow it. He told us this whole story about how Chrysler Capital no longer allows direct lease buy outs because of warranty concerns. He said I had to go through the dealership to complete the buyout. That immediately sounded questionable, so I did my own research and contacted my credit union directly. Thankfully, I was able to complete the process without going through the dealer at all. It felt misleading and dishonest, especially when customers are already trying to navigate a confusing lease-end process. Honestly it was a straight up lie. Car dealerships may have a reputation for sales tactics, but this experience went beyond that. Transparency and honesty matter, and unfortunately I did not receive either here. They don't seem to be in the business of helping people and providing honest and transparent information.

Comment : I called four times about my lease return and never got a call back -- so I already walked in a little annoyed. When I arrived and explained why I was there, I was told the used car sales manager (because that's essentially what my Jeep is at this point ) was busy. Fine. But not one person offered me a drink or said "please have a seat." It's the little things, and those little things add up fast. When the used car sales manager did appear, things went sideways quickly. Instead of greeting me professionally and inviting me into his office, he kept going back and forth between the sales floor and his office -- which was odd and frankly dismissive. It rubbed me the wrong way and a verbal exchange followed. Not my finest moment, but I shouldn't have been made to feel like an inconvenience in the first place. That's when Ruben stepped in. He saw the escalation, came over, and completely changed the tone. He was patient, kind, and professional even when I wasn't at my best. He never escalated, never made me feel dismissed, and handled everything with a level of calm I genuinely wasn't expecting. He's brand new (no business cards yet!) but already showing what great customer service looks like. The stars on this review go to Ruben and Ruben alone. He's the reason this review has any stars at all.

Comment : They do great work, quickly and professionally. They're not cheap, but they're honest, and fair, and they won't try to upsell you on a ton of stuff you don't need. You pay for what you get -- and you get honest, excellent service here.
