They have always been straightforward in our dealings with them. If something could not be done they are honest about it. A few years ago I had major issues with one of our vehicles. Gibson was able to correct the issue the dealership mechanics, an hour away, swore couldn't be the issue despite it being documented heavily on the manufacturer's website. William worked with us and has always been up front about pricing and vehicle needs, once an issue has been diagnosed. The honesty is a great change compared to shops I have dealt in the past in various places I have lived. I highly recommend.I have taken my vehicles consistently to Gibson's for several years now.
